The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Located in the quiet and idyllic village of Matting on the Danube. Many leisure activities such as hiking, biking or SUB-riding on the Danube are possible. Regensburg can easily be reached in 12 minutes by car. The apartment is on the first floor in a detached house. The terrace on the east side is ideal for breakfast with the morning sun. The terrace on the south side has an open fireplace and leads into the garden. The hosts live on the 2nd floor.

The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s.
