This place was the perfect getaway. If you are looking for a place to stay and enjoy the wineries this is the place. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back if we come down this way again!

Generously stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Unheated pool was a little too chilly the beginning of June, but great back yard space for grilling and visiting. A lounge chair with an adjustable back for reading would make it even more amazing. Loved that I could go for a walk on quiet country roads in the morning. Thank you Traci for all the extra's, your home worked out perfectly for us and we'll be back!

Excellent home. It’s a very private location at the end of a quiet 4 home street. Won’t see or hear the neighbors at all. Easy drive to Ithaca, great hiking, local farms, and Watkins Glen. The pool is great, secluded and in all afternoon sun. Great for relaxing. Fire pit has all you need - dry firewood, Fire starters, s’mores kit, and sticks. Corn hole too. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well designed. If you are taller than 6’5, the master bathroom ceiling might be slightly low for you but the bathroom in the main level would be fine. Definitely recommend this gem

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

The Villa and its host, Nicki, were excellent and exceeded our expectations. The Villa is set in the middle of a beautiful wine grape vineyard with mountain views -- very memorable. The inside is beautifully decorated with luxury amenities throughout. Nicki was incredibly proactive in her communication and extended our stay to ensure that we were able to maximize our enjoyment. This was one of the most comfortable and relaxing stays we've ever experienced. I highly recommend the Villa and Nicki to anyone, thank you!

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

Magnificent homestead built in 1855. Beautiful grounds. Loved the animals in the barn. Lovely tennis court and swimming pool. Comfy beds! Martha was totally responsive and helpful. Peaceful and relaxing stay!😊

Wow, what a beautiful place to stay. Me and two of my close girlfriends had a wonderful time. We had a severe storm one evening that went though that caused some issues on the road getting to Martin’s place. He was there in the morning to check it out, got equipment there and had the road fixed very quickly. Very responsive host. Would love to stay here again.

Our family of 4 stayed at Hali's house for a night while traveling through the Finger Lakes. The house was lovely: newly remodeled, spacious, and had everything we needed, including dishes, towels, and washer & dryer! We enjoyed the very large TV in the living room, and all three bedrooms were comfortable. We really liked the location, and it was easy to get to all the wonderful offerings of the Finger Lakes. We would certainly stay here again!

Clean house with comfy beds and couch. Perfect location, only a couple mins from all the bars and restaurants. We would def recommend! Benjamin was super helpful and responded to my texts very quickly.

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay! Deck and outdoor space was great as well

Teresa was very attentive when I contacted her for a couple of items. She has taken a unique place and made it into a comfortable place for a home base while exploring the area. It is so convenient being within walking distance to shops and restaurants and the Keuka outlet trail which we utilized for Dog walking.

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend away at the Funky Penn Yan Cottage. Came into town to celebrate a family wedding and my husband’s birthday. Checked out a lot of the local establishments that Brennan recommended. Also enjoyed the early morning and late evening walks with our pup around the peaceful neighborhood. Ran into a lot of friendly locals on our walks and loved having the lake being steps away.

Lovely weekend getaway. Cozy stay inside and outside. Visited our favorite wineries. Nice quiet walks. Rained a lot but that didn’t matter with wood burning stove inside. His house offers everything to able to just bring yourself, clothes and food.

The stay started with walking into an amazing open living room with large windows that looks out into the water. The feel, the space, and the view is even better than what the pictures try to capture. We had dinner right in town and it was just over 5 minutes away. The kiddos really enjoyed the paddle boards and littke kayaks, we went everyday, sometimes twice. Beautiful place, great getaway. Grateful for this stay, and would come back again!

As a group of 8 women, we stayed here and had a lovely time. We each had enough room to be together and to have alone time. Only two needed to share a bed. Michele was super responsive when we needed to adjust our dates. Parking out back was complicated but with the addition of some signs and/or photos that should resolve itself for future guests. It is an old house and is in the process of being updated. A great value for the space. So clean and well stocked. The French House is beautiful and the location is very walkable. A wonderful property and host!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Perfect location - just a short drive to Geneva, Watkins Glen, Penn Yan and Seneca Falls. Lots of breweries and wineries and great restaurants! The cottage was well furnished and spacious. Large refrigerator and brand new stove. We loved the bed! I am a soft bed fan and most places have hard mattresses. Our grand daughter loved the kayak. We enjoyed cooking dinners on the gas grill and relaxing by the fire after dark. There was almost no other neighbors there for our stay so it was quiet and peaceful most of the time. We DID hear the Naval Research station down the road early in the morning but that didn’t last long. Very nice dock. I enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings with a cup of tea/coffee. Bathroom/shower is tiny and a bit cramped but I understand you have to deal with the architecture of what you have All in all we loved it would stay here again!

Bradley was an exceptional host! I had several questions both before our arrival and during our stay, and he always responded within minutes. He was kind, considerate, and respectful, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The property was exactly as pictured—exceptionally clean throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with essentials; the bedrooms were very comfortable, and the AC kept us perfectly cool, even when the temperatures hit close to 100 degrees during our stay. The location was perfect—just 8 to 10 minutes from downtown Watkins Glen and about 10–15 minutes from the race track, which made it super convenient for our plans. One evening after the races, I asked if we could have a few guys from the team over for a cookout, and Bradley responded immediately with a friendly and enthusiastic "yes!" That level of hospitality really stood out. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and private. The location is close to nearby attractions like watkins glen. The kitchen has a very good view of the Keuka lake. We loved sipping Nespresso in the morning with the lake view.

We were just so happy with the home as it did feel like we were right at home. We had six adults and there was more than enough room. The location was ideal for getting around Seneca Lake. Being right on the lake, it was a beautiful view and the hot tub was super. We would not hesitate to return to this property as we do love the Finger Lakes.
