A cozy beach house ready for large groups of friends and/or family . This is where you can enjoy the sunset lying in your bedroom bed, to waking up and walking straight on the sand. It has a green area where your pet can run safely while you get your little sun. The only noise here that will bother you is the waves. There is a garage for 3 cars, but if there are more people there is an agreed parking next door.

Our space is located in the city of Penha SC, right next to Br 101! At our site, you will have contact with our animals and can feed them if you feel like it. Our space has plenty of green area, which we find amazing because Grandpa Deri has the beautiful habit of growing fruit plants. We have a large common area for guests, a swing over the lake and bonfires as a special feature.
