Small apartment ideal for holidays, just steps from the beach, sea views. Well furnished, clean. Bernard is responsive and pleasant. We had a great time in Sarzeau. Only downside, tired vacuum cleaner so difficult to make the apartment without any dog hair.

Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and animals which is our case). 5-minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it.

We love it soooo much that we already booked it again! Best place to travel with your dogs, they can run in the garden and go for long walks in the dunes! Solenn has been super friendly and helpful! Definitely a place to recommend!

Very charming and atypical accommodation as advertised, and really micro house, ideal for a night, for a stopover on our bike tour. We were able to enjoy the small courtyard sheltered from the wind.

We had a great time at Myriam's place. The house is very nice and very well-equipped, nothing is missing. The location is fabulous with great views and direct access to the coastal trail. We'll be happy to go back!

Fabulous spot for our family holiday. from the deck chairs, kids toys, Nespresso machine so many little things included that made our holiday such a great one. It's right on the beach and walking distance to a boulangerie, intermarche, a train station going to Nantes and Paris and all the great restaurants in le crosic and batz súr mer. Also really enjoyed the various running routes and the kids loved the pool. It's very quite in the area I. May with beautiful sunsets. A relaxing break.

We had a great time for a long weekend (family with 2 children). The studio is convenient to access, well-equipped, pleasantly furnished and decorated, the bedding is comfortable. Frank and Céline respond to messages very quickly. The small house is like new, very well maintained, clean, well equipped. We enjoyed the small enclosed garden, with its terrace, table and 4 chairs and the electric awning. The decoration of the house is of very good taste and beautiful materials (like new). The residence's large swimming pool is right across from the front door. We couldn't enjoy it (opening on 06/15), but the water was already 15°C. We would recommend this airbnb unreservedly. Maybe another day.

A perfect stay in a beautiful, clean house, in perfect condition, allowing 3 couples to live together without being on top of each other. Immediate proximity to the sea and the beach, a balcony with sea view for breakfast, and a well-equipped place to stay that makes you feel at home. Tracy was super responsive to all our requests, it was really ideal conditions for discovering the surroundings. We would recommend it in a second!

The large living-dining-kitchen overlooks a green garden with the beach at the foot of the garden. An extremely pleasant and intimate small private terrace. The rest of the land is shared but we did not meet the owners of the entire stay. The house is bright and tastefully decorated. The place is very nice in a quiet area of Piriac while being a 5-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend this home and hope to be able to come back soon Thank you for this unforgettable stay
