This private, stand alone house sleeps 5 and there is another new listing called the Clemson Studio Retreat which is a 4 person adult studio if you have friends that want privacy and a separate kitchen and laundry. The house looks out on the woods as the pictures indicate and is a great alternative to hotels. There is more privacy and less price ! Parking available for RVs and boats.

We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper.
