This is a simple, comfortable, recently renovated (2019) home for Clemson fans and lake vacationers. Decor is vintage/antique. It is 3 1/2 miles to stadium entrance. We have a deep water cove with fire ring, decks, dock, and stairs to gangway, parking for 6 cars, woods and lake on 3 sides, a variety of restaurants nearby. Clemson Marina is 1 cove away. Clemson golf course is across the lake. We are PET FRIENDLY with a max of 2 dogs. There is a $75 pet fee. Read the house rules concerning pets.

It's 5 minutes from the Historic Ram Cat Alley with Live Outdoor music every Thursday Night (Apr.-Oct.), Shopping, Boutiques, Restaurants, Breweries, and Coffee Shops. It's only 12 minutes from Clemson University, and a short drive to Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, and Lake Hartwell. This area is home to numerous Waterfalls, Hiking Trails, and good southern barbecue. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper.
