Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

Right among the pines of South Carolina you will find our cottage. It's 5 minutes from the Historic Ram Cat Alley with Live Outdoor music every Thursday Night (Apr.-Oct.), Shopping, Boutiques, Restaurants, Breweries, and Coffee Shops. It's only 12 minutes from Clemson University, and a short drive to Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, and Lake Hartwell. This area is home to numerous Waterfalls, Hiking Trails, and good southern barbecue.
