We offer accommodation which consists of one apartment, 50 m2 large (suitable for 2+2) with an amazing sea and Old Town view. It has 1 bedroom ( double bed), living room ( couch - made into 1 double bed), kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. From double bedroom and living room you can access terrace with furniture where you can relax, dine and enjoy the view. Hvar is a well preserve island with a unique vibe, where you can experience history and tradition, culture and have relaxing fun vocation. Guest will have access to the property private parking. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the center of picturesque Hvar with its restaurants and bars, and just ten minutes from the most beautiful beach on the island, Pokonji Dol. Although the mail spots are walking distance (beach, port, riva, city center, markets, restaurants, bars, clubs), it is convenient to rent a car to drive around the island to discover its well preserved villages and hidden beaches. Taxi is available near main square and there is also bus station.
