Vacation rentals with a patio in Pégomas

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

I had a wonderful stay at Julia’s beautiful apartment. It’s set in a peaceful, picturesque area with breathtaking sea views, and made for a truly relaxing base. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed. Julia and David were responsive and helpful throughout, making everything easy. I’d absolutely recommend staying here — it’s great value and ideally located for easy access to Cannes.

Serge et sa femme nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de simplicité. On s’est sentis tout de suite à l’aise et bien pris en charge. La communication était facile et agréable. L’appartement est moderne, très propre et joliment décoré. Et alors la vue… juste incroyable sur la mer et les deux îles ! On a eu de la chance : pendant le congrès des Lions, on a pu profiter du spectacle de drones directement depuis le balcon – magique ! Et en plus, trois feux d’artifice pendant notre séjour ! La piscine chauffée est top, souvent presque vide – un vrai bonheur. La résidence est super bien entretenue, avec même un concierge. Il faut absolument une voiture car c’est en haut d’une colline bien raide, mais il y a une place de parking privée juste devant. Bref, tout était parfait – on reviendra sans hésiter !

We arrived late with my wife, driving a motorcycle. Not only Mariane waited for us, she went beyond expectations by showing us her place in person and also looking for a place to leave our motorcycle in the parking garage. Well located to go Cannes, just a few minutes, also very close to route A8 to go Nice and Monaco. We had a more than perfect stay, ultra recommended place to come!

Le logement est très agréable, spacieux et propre. Il est très plaisant d'y passer du temps et de profiter du calme qui y règne. Les hôtes sont attentionnés tout en étant discrets. Je vous recommande ce logement 👍

Fantastic view from every room and excellent location in the village with gourmet restaurants, two boulangeries and a Wednesday market practically on the doorstep. The flat was light, airy and very clean. A great place for excursions to the coast, exceptional art galleries or the pre-Alpes mountains for walking. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Elisabeth et Clinton. Très bien accueillies, nous avons été surprises de voir à quel point la chambre était impeccable. Nous étions autonomes, de l'entrée dans le logement jusqu'au petit déjeuner, grâce à toutes les petites attentions laissées dans la chambre, c'était tout simplement parfait ! Je recommande pleinement ce logement et je remercie personnellement Elisabeth et Clinton pour cette incroyable prestation qui vaux largement le prix :). Bonne continuation à vous !

We had a truly amazing stay at Martine's villa. Both Martine and Dalila are extremely accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. They were very responsive and flexible in catering for our needs and really looked after us. The villa is breath-taking and the kids especially loved the pool. We hired a car but Mougin has enough very walkable amenities too-such as boulangerie, tobac, pizza takeaway and restaurants 5/10 mins walk away. Old Mougin village is small and very picturesque (15 min walk), where we enjoyed looking at art and playing boules. (You can borrow boules from the tourist information office). We also enjoyed day trips in the region such as to Cannes, Nice, Saint paul de Vence and Grasse. This is a beautiful region and a beautiful house in which to relax and enjoy your holiday. We would really love to return and stay at Martine's villa again.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

We stayed for a month, and everything was perfect. Marie Claire and her husband were fantastic hosts. The location is peaceful, the house and garden are lovely and completely private. It’s just a short and safe walk into the village which is probably the best in the entire region. Great shops, plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a decent sized supermarket. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Having lived over in the Fayence area in the past we were extremely impressed with Roquefort-Les-Pins, it is within easy reach of all the attractions in the area and on the coast. We hope to book again.

We had a great stay at Violaine's villa. There were 4 of us and we were just after some relaxation and sunshine and this couldn't have been a better option for us. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space had lots of seating areas, sun loungers and a large dining table. Sadly we couldn't get the gas BBQ to work despite the caretaker coming out to show us how to get it going, so I think that might need replacing, but we just cooked our food in the kitchen instead so it didn't matter hugely. Violaine was very helpful and clearly cares about her guests. We visited Barca Beach club & restaurant which she recommended which we loved and were treated very well. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return!

We had a great time at Charlotte’s beautiful house. Nothing was too much trouble and she kindly provided a whole array of baby accessories such as a cot/ bath and high chair at our request! Air conditioning was in two of the bedrooms - ideally would have liked it in all but fans were provided. The house was stunning and clean and we loved using the outdoor court yards for each meal. The swimming pool was also a big hit. The owners recommended Auberge du Vieux chateau for my mother’s birthday meal and it was outstanding- in the local town of Cabris. A must. Hosts very approachable and accommodating! We would definitely recommend this house to others :)

Excellent location with amazing views. Alena was very quick to reply and help us a lot. It was a pleasure to spend four days in such a beautiful villa. Clean, quiet and lovely. Love the amazing pool so so much. Would choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Olivier’s villa was absolutely beautiful and even better in real life. The villa was absolutely stunning and well equipped for 8 of us. The outdoor space was amazing with the seating and dining areas as well as the pool. The villa was very close to Saint Tropez (around 15 mins by car) and was in a peaceful secluded spot. Olivier was very fast at replying to any requests. I can’t wait to visit again!

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Brigitte nous a accueilli avec le sourire. Elle était toujours prête à nous aider et nous guider dans nos sorties ou activités. La maison est décorée avec goût. On s’y sent très bien. J’ai rarement vu un AirBnB aussi propre que celui-ci. Épicerie, Pizzeria, Boulangerie/Pâtisserie à 10 minutes à pieds. Secteur très sécuritaire et paisible. Nous avons repéré 8 oiseaux chanteurs à partir de la terrasse. J’y retournerai assurément.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Appartement sehr genossen. Zimmer, Küche und Badezimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr gut und funktional ausgestattet, so dass man tatsächlich auch etwas aufwändiger selbst kochen kann. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weiter entfernt, so dass man dafür auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Ausflüge in die Städte und das Hinterland der Côte d’Azur zu unternehmen. Anne Christine und Daniel sind als Gastgeber äußerst nett und hilfsbereit, immer schnell erreichbar und hatten gute Tipps für die Umgebung.

Sylvia ist einer sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Apartment sieht genau wie auf den Bilden aus und ist super gemütlich. Außerdem ist es extrem gut ausgerüstet, es gibt eigentlich alles was man braucht. Wir haben daher häufig selbst gekocht. Der Pool lässt sich innerhalb von 10 Sekunden erreichen (ich habe die Zeit gestoppt) und die Anlage ist traumhaft: Der Tennisplatz, die duftenden Pinien und die Ruhe an einem warmen Sommertag. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Danke!
