Vacation rentals with beach access in Pefkochori

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Stadt war zu Fuß ganz schnell zu erreichen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

We had an amazing stay at Yiannis's place. The apartment has everything which you would need during your stay plus all kitchen amenities. There is a beautiful yard and outdoor BBQ and kitchen which are available for use. Yiannis and his family are great hosts and we felt right at home. We give 10 out of 5 stars ⭐

einfach und klein, aber geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Schöner Privatweg direkt zum schönen Strand. Zu Fuß aber gm20 Minuten entlang der schlecht beleuchteten und kauten Hauptstraße in den Ort. Sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Volle Empfehlung!

Много удобно разположено жилище, близо до магазин, основен път, както и до плажа. Чудесно място, бих препоръчал на всеки!

The place was amazing, in the center of Pefkohori. The beach is close and accessible. The apartment is brand new and extremely clean. all the recommendations for Olga and Kripis apartments.

notre séjour c’est très bien passé. appartement vraiment qualitatif pour le prix et surtout l’emplacement. la terrasse est une pièce en plus indéniablement. un plaisir d’y rester , se poser et profitez de la mer et de son petit port. parking pile devant à toute heure. la chambre du haut est spacieuse pour une mezzanine. les couchages sont bons la salle de bain est top et moderne. le tout était propre et bien équipé . nous avons visiter toute la péninsule de kassandra en partant d’ici sans difficulté je recommande +++. ps : nos amis les chats sont aussi de la partie sur la terrasse c’est assez drôle 😹

Here’s what I will write as a review: The apartment was very nice with direct access to the beach. Our host was very kind and his assistance was invaluable. The location was great and we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. Overall great place to stay.

Des hôtes remarquables : une communication facile, performante et attentionnée avec Sushan. Dyonisia son épouse nous attend en fin de parcours pour nous amener à la maison , car un peu compliqué. Accueil remarquable avec un panier garni avec des œufs, du pain de mie, de la marmelade, …pour un en-cas ou un petit déjeuner. Boissons fraîches au Frigo. Appartement magnifique, très bien décoré, sur 2 niveaux avec 2 belles terrasses au soleil couchant. Climatisé. Rien ne manque. Idéal pour des gens aimant la nature et sortir des sentiers battus. La plage citée dans le descriptif est plutôt une belle crique entourée de rochers. L’accès n’y est pas forcément facile sous la chaleur particulièrement pour des personnes d’un certain âge. Mais nous nous sommes mis à l’eau sur la « plage » à-côté’ de l’hôtel Mirragio, en revenant nager vers les rochers pour profiter d’une belle baignade. Le village de PALIOURI est à un 1/4 d’heure pour faire les courses et pour trouver un restaurant sympa.. 👏👍 Merci

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Ik kan de accomodatie van Theo en Anna erg aanraden. We hebben er in het voorseizoen een week verbleven en het erg naar onze zin gehad. Het huis is ruimtelijk, netjes, sfeervol en alles is aanwezig. Theo en Anna hebben ons ruim van tevoren geïnformeerd over de aankomst en overige tips en tricks. Ook kregen we na aankomst heel veel fijne aanbevelingen voor de omgeving. Het contact was heel prettig en we hebben ons erg thuis gevoeld. Hopen nog eens terug te komen!

Haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, toller Ausbick von den beiden Balkonen - auch guter Sonnenschutz durch Markisen. Nur die Treppe runter, schon im Meer! Wohnung schon groß, alles da und super sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich toll! Das Haus und der Garten ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben. Der Strand ist über ein paar Stufen schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, in der man sich gut erholen kann. :-)

Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt! Alles war so wie beschrieben. Wir haben es einfach genossen. Fußläufig alles erreichbar, Geschäfte, Restaurants usw. Das Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer (und 2x Delfine) sowie abends der Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus- Einfach die perfekte Lage! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wir können uns nur bedanken, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften, Vielen Dank! Wenn wir wieder einmal in die Gegend kommen, hoffen wir diese Wohnung wieder nutzen zu können...

Ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Strand von Siviri ist der sauberste, den wir auf Kassandra gesehen haben. Nettes Fischrestaurant in erlaufbarer Nähe. Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Olga.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dafnis Haus. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der wunderschöne große Garten, in dem uns Schildkröten besucht haben, war wirklich toll. Wir haben die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Dafni lief prima und ein flexibler Check out hat uns eine stressfreie Abreise ermöglicht . Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder.

Чудова квартира з двома балконами з видом на море. Нас було 5 дорослих, проте кварира поміщає 5 дорослих і одну дитину, так як є ще одне дитяче ліжко.Рушники і постілі білі та чисті. Багато вішаків для одягу. Манія люб'язно надала парасольку та стільчики для пляжу на весь період перебування. Все справне та працює. Вай фай дуже хороший. Є праска та дошка для прасування. Фен дуже слабкий і досить старий, тому нам не вдалось висушити ним волосся. Ми додатково купували олій, цукор на кухню. Сіль та перець були. Також купували гель для душу та мило (його не було в помешканні), шампунь та порошок для прання (залишили для наступних відвідувачів). Зверніть увагу, що кондиціонер не включено до вартості бронювання, а також ще один податок ( на 5-х осіб ми заплатили 13,5 євро.). Це ми побачили за кілька днів до приїзду.Але кондиціонером не користувались, так як було досить комфортно.Господиня дуже привітна та доброзичлива. Швидко відовідала та вирішувала всі наші питання. Море та пляж чистий

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage – und doch ist man in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Eine wirklich schöne Kombination aus Ruhe und Nähe zu allem, was man braucht. Dimitri war ein freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er hat schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und war gut erreichbar, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Terrasse – ein schöner Ort, um morgens in Ruhe zu frühstücken oder abends entspannt den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.
