The space was very comfortable and inviting. Just what we needed for our getaway. The space was clean and organized and had everything we could possibly need for the weekend. Maria was there ready to help with whatever we needed. I definitely recommend this space for your future trip to Providence!

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Federal Hill! Staying at Diane’s place was an absolute dream! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of historic charm that made it feel both cozy and special. Located right above Venda Ravioli—one of the best spots for authentic Italian food in all of New England—you truly can’t beat the location. Federal Hill is already known for its vibrant culture and incredible dining, but being able to walk downstairs and grab fresh pasta, espresso, or a world-class meal was a next-level experience. Diane clearly puts a lot of thought and care into the space. Every detail felt considered, from the decor to the amenities. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone visiting Providence. Whether you're a foodie, a history lover, or just someone looking for a clean, beautiful place to stay—this is it.

Unique stay in the historic Providence Arcade (built in 1828) within the downtown core of Providence. Great location within walking distance of everything downtown, and just a few blocks from some great coffee shops (Little City) and places to eat (Ellie's is fantastic). I highly recommend this unique place; it was quiet, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

I had a fantastic week-long stay at Annette’s place. The central location – right by the train station – is perfect for walking anywhere downtown or in the nearby neighborhoods. It's also easy to hop on the bus, or, of course, on the train to go to Boston or anywhere else in the vicinity. I didn’t need the free garage parking for this trip, but was grateful to have the option. The apartment is spacious, full of light, the couch and bed are super-comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. On top of all that, there’s the lap pool! I loved that you can make a reservation for it and then have it all to yourself for an hour. I would definitely stay in this Airbnb again!

We absolutely loved this place! Sarah keeps it perfectly clean and open. we had everything we needed. The TV was easy, the bed was outrageously comfortable, and we enjoyed cooking and relaxing. We will definitely be going back the next time we are in Providence.

As a returning guest, I so appreciate when Nicole’s apartment is available. I look forward to it first! It is like coming to a favorite home away from home.

Stayed at the Arcade loft for a quick one night getaway. Booked last minute and Scott was very responsive. Check in was super easy. The room was very modern chic, with a historic past. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Providence.

This place was exactly what we needed. It was a peaceful, quiet place to relax after a day of site seeing around Providence, Newport, and other places.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The house is on a quiet street and easy access to get to wherever you need to be in Providence area. Loved the extra details from snacks to the calendar being updated for our stay. Will book again!

Griselle’s place was very private and tucked away. It was really cute and comfortable. Somewhat out of the way of downtown, but Lyfts were easily accessible. I would stay here again!

The location was unbeatable, and the stay was comfortable and charming. The decor and space were so cool that we never ran out of things to admire inside of the apartment. It was so comfortable and spacious even for two people. Laurie was responsive and kind, she even made us cookies to welcome us! And top it all off, my fiancé and I got engaged on this trip. Arcade and Laurie will always be a special place for us!

My partner and I stayed at Anthony and Stephanie’s apartment for four nights and had a great time. The Arcade is an excellent location and the apartment had everything we needed. I look forward to staying there again our next time in Providence!

Andrew's place is gorgeous, tastefully decorated with some original art on the walls, and spacious. The kitchen is amazingly equipped with pretty much anything you need to cook. Everything was spotless. One one the best places that I 've stayed in. And I appreciated the restaurant suggestions. Thank you!

Really enjoyed my stay at Rob’s place. He was very accommodating for checking and checkout. Good communication. He checked in to make sure everything was ok. Easy to get into the apartment. Great place for a short stay to visit the area. Quick ride to downtown, with a bus stop directly outside the property. Good parking. Appreciated the cold water in the refrigerator and toiletries. Quick 5-10 minute walk at PC. Good Lebanese/Pizza place right across the street. If I ever need to stay in PVD again, I would surely stay at his place.

David was an excellent host! Extremely communicative and was always very kind and gave us flexible options for check- out. The apartment is beautiful! The set-up is clean and the rental is overall well-stocked, with lots of natural lighting and a very clean bathroom. We had access to an inflatable bed as well and lots of clean towels (thank you!) I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay to explore the area. Many thanks again!

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

We stayed at Matt’s place for a couple days while visiting Providence. Matt is a super responsive host and the place was clean/ street parking was easy/ and the hot tub was nice. =]

Clean and easy to check-in. Owner lives just downstairs and takes great care of the curb appeal of the house. Beautiful gardening. Always responsive and easy to work with. Quiet street.

Beautiful historic penthouse in great location. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. David was available and responsive, and quick to rectify any issues.

Great hosts! They went well above expectations, I was having g back surgery and they really helped me out with getting situated and helping with my dog. Can’t say enough good things about Jane and Brian
