What a super nice place right in the middle of Bains les Bains. For me as a cyclist, a very luxurious place to stay on the way to the Netherlands. A complete holiday home with everything you need. As a service, I received bedding and towels while I had said that I had my own sleeping bag and towels. But the host thought I should sleep well. Super nice! Thank you 🙏

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in Claudon. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and provided a generous space with fabulous views and all of the comforts and equipment necessary. We could walk from the front door around the lake and through tranquil forests. The location is quiet and peaceful but all amenities (shops, restaurants and cafes are available within a short drive.) Anne was friendly and very efficient with all communication and in anticipating every need. She and her charming husband Patrice were most welcoming and informative.

We spent 2 nights in Anja's nice accommodation and unfortunately only had time for one hike. But there are many hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Anja lives next door, is a very kind, dear hostess, always available and yet discreet. The accommodation matches the description, was impeccably clean and equipped with everything you might need. However, the staircase to the bedroom is very steep, which unfortunately was not so good for me and our dog Elli. But Anja immediately provided us with a very comfortable folding bed, which we could set up in the living room. Thank you😘❤️.

The house is impressive and big. You can tell that it has been renovated with a lot of effort and love. The rooms (including the bedrooms) are all very large and all equipped with wooden floors (up to the kitchen and bathrooms) and gives the whole a special charm. These wooden floors squeak and creak - but that's part of it and isn't disturbing. The fire in the living room is magnificent. The garden is very large and the covered terrace offers ideal sun protection. The immediate surroundings are very quiet, so rest is guaranteed. Communication with Hans and Dineke was very good. For example, our request for a floor plan was answered within a few hours (even with picture). That's great. All our questions were also answered quickly and competently by the two.
