Direkt vor der Tür beginnt das charmante Gassengewirr rund um Künstlergasse und Residenzplatz mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Der imposante Dom und Rathaus sind nur einen gemütlichen fünfminütigen Spaziergang entfernt – ideal für Kulturfreunde und Stadtentdecker.

Meine Unterkunft liegt zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in der Altstadt von Passau. Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Within walking distance are various shopping facilities (Aldi, Kaufland, etc.), banks, gas station, restaurants, exhibition grounds, adventure pool, police, playground, etc. If you are not afraid of a longer walk, you can reach the center in a good 30 minutes. Otherwise, bus line 8 stops right outside the front door as well as lines 1 and 2 for about 100 m. Easy and fast connection to the highway. Parking space available.
