Vacation rentals with lake access in Passa Quatro

The mountain villa is a delight! We spend incredible days there and in the region, great for enjoying waterfalls and views that are a relief for the city's tired eyes. Ivanilde received us very well, the place was impeccable and I highly recommend!

The region itself has been my favorite in Rio de Janeiro for years, but Ritinha's house was an incredible discovery. Impeccable accommodation and perfect for a couple's trip with our pet. It's impossible not to feel at home with so much good energy and such a loving and welcoming reception from Ritinha. I recommend the region and the accommodation to all travelers. I will certainly return and preferably many times.

Very beautiful place of peace and security with a wonderful view, very cozy to stay. Easy location and things to do nearby. I recommend and would always come back.

The experience was excellent! The house is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The host, Douglas, was super attentive and left firewood for us to make a fire at night, a detail that made all the difference. The common areas are very pleasant, and the bathrooms were impeccably clean and fragrant. I highly recommend it!

We loved Juliana and Fausto's space, a gem and everything very clean and organized. A place of rest and peace in the mountains. Future guests, please pay attention to the weather forecast in cold weather. We had nights of 2°C and it was really cold, it was very windy and there is nothing to do to warm up other than many layers of clothes and layers of blankets. Apart from the cold, the place is delightful and it must be even better to enjoy it in more pleasant temperatures!

The place is a delight, very well maintained, all flat, ... very nice. Cleanliness is a highlight. Everything was clean, with impeccable linens and towels. Note 1000 for cleaning and location. I was worried about the dirt road due to the rains, but we had no problem. The road was in excellent condition and is not far from a small town (I don't remember the name). We hired Graci (recommended by the host) to help us in the kitchen and it was great. She is a wonderful and excellent cook, she helped us to solve routine issues such as buying bread, indicating places to buy vegetables, gallon of water, ... We had a family reunion and everyone was well accommodated, as there are 4 en suites (super airy) and on the upper floor there is a huge living room with a bathroom with several beds. Just like the one described in the listing. We'll be back for sure.

The stay was wonderful; Sara and Sônia were super helpful, always helping us with what we needed. The place is wonderful and has a river on the property, the neighborhood is super quiet and very close to the city.

Excellent place, and directly in the Itatiaia National Park close to the hiking trails.

The house is great for those looking for a place to relax and with children in the midst of nature. The structure with barbecue, fireplace and fire is all good. The children loved the wooden playground and the trail walk. The waterfalls are wonderful, with a super pleasant volume of water and the natural pool is great!!! The house space is very nice, with the kitchen overlooking mountains. Quiet rooms with enough space and practical. The hosts are super helpful, caring and guide you in the best possible way. We certainly want to come back, thank you! It was an amazing experience for the children and the location right in the middle of the Rio-SP axis makes logistics much easier.

Simply amazing. Staying at Gil's house is a complete package of immersion in nature. Very well cared for environment and in complete harmony. I recommend with my eyes closed! Gil and Vanderlei, congratulations on all your hospitality and care. Note: the road is not a problem, there are few bad stretches.

Wonderful experience, in an amazing location and super in touch with nature! The house is great, and accommodated our entire family with total comfort! The space is beautiful. The outdoor area is very well maintained and the contact with the animals was a great experience. The house is well cared for, cozy and well equipped. The kids loved the playground and we plan to return soon. Contact with the Host was also excellent. I highly recommend it.

The house is super cozy, much more beautiful than in the photos, good beds, perfect shower, super well equipped kitchen, delicious room to spread out with family and/or friends and inside the property there are amazing trails to do. All this, not to mention the excellent receptivity and affection with which Beatriz and Dinho welcomed us. We'll definitely be back.

We went as a family and everyone really liked the space. The house is amazing, very well-equipped and even has a library with excellent books and games for entertainment. Bilu the puppy is very cute and became our friend. Mr. Darcy, who welcomed us, is very attentive and even included a tractor ride to the river tour on the property. We intend to return.

My stay with my family was undoubtedly one of the best we have experienced from all our travels. The house in the middle of nature, fresh air, tranquility, combined with the impeccable accommodation of the house, which by the way is wonderful, provided days of rest and enchantment by the place with lots of greenery and beautiful waterfalls, it was very worth it, Patrícia is very attentive and helpful whenever we need her, we will certainly return!
