Beautiful, quiet and peaceful.

Overall, we had a fantastic 7-night stay! We’re a family of four, including two kids, and everything about our experience was excellent. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and responsive, making check-in and any requests smooth and hassle-free. One unexpected highlight was the super-fast internet speed, which made it easy to stream, work remotely, and keep the kids entertained with their devices. It really helped everything run smoothly for our family. We’d happily recommend this place to other families and would definitely return for another visit!

My family and I stayed here for a little four day vacation visiting the Weeki Wachee River. The home was everything we expected and more. Perfect place to relax after long days of paddling and swimming. I would highly recommend this location and this host to anybody looking for a place to stay.

Absolutely my favorite stay I always rent a house with a pool to visit my grandkids and this was one of my favorites they live in the same neighborhood so was very convenient. The house was clean and the pool was great

Quaint, peaceful, and relaxing. Maira place in new port Richy is so cute! beds were clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Saw lots of birds and dolphins! We stayed to visit some friends and enjoyed it! Would book again!!

My family and I had an amazing time at this place, the location near the three main attractions we wanted to see was perfect, under an hour drive to Busch gardens, Clearwater Beach, and right down the block from weeki wachee. The additional amenities at the place were perfect, with our impromptu visit to the beach, having access to a umbrella, beach chairs and a wagon was perfect. Obviously the kids loved having the pool! There is also lots of bird watching. The only downfall which is out of his control, is how busy the street is out front with many cars traveling down it very fast, just something to be aware of with little ones.

Perfect place for my requirements. Use google maps to navigate. Waze will not get you there as of April ‘25.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this has been by far my favorite in Florida. Me and 2 buddies were here for work for a little over a week and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location is perfect. Restaurants and bars right on the river all within 5 minutes. We launched some kayaks out the back yard and fished the river. Saw some dolphins toward the gulf. I highly recommend staying here. A huge thing for me is Bathroom water pressure and the master bathroom has a rainfall situation with great pressure and it made me feel right at home. I should’ve booked this place for longer.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for our vacation. There were six of us, and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was a huge plus. The property is fully equipped with all the amenities and kitchen utensils you might need to feel right at home. It’s located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and is conveniently close to Epperson Lagoon. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely love to return in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway.

I have stayed at various Airbnb's and this one is by far the best. Hands down! I appreciated the additional amenities. The outdoor space was phenomenal!

Definitely somewhere I would visit again! I felt right at home, my kids LOVED IT! So clean upon arrival, very spacious!

Upon arrival the property was squeaky clean and check-in was super easy. The house is both compact and spacious at the same time. Bonus: There was a deer in the yard, frogs that would come out at night and tiny lizards patrolling the property throughout the day. Location is right on the main road and super close to the FDVA nursing home which was my primary reason to visit the area. Hungry Harry’s BBQ is a great spot for dinner and just down the road. The Tampa Premium Outlets and Wiregrass are just about a 15 minute drive. Host is very friendly and super responsive.

Nice home in centralized location, close to stores and restaurants while also being near parks and walking trails. Within one hour driving distance of major destinations as well. The heated pool was excellent and got up to temperature within a few days. Being pet friendly was a huge plus and our dogs loved the patio area and fenced-in yard. Hosts were helpful and very responsive. Perfect spot for a small group, family, or those just looking for a cozy home away from home.

Beautiful house, lots of activities for kids (and adults) like the pool, mini golf, corn hole, horse shoe, basketball, etc. Didn't get time to explore the area too much or visit any restaurants as we were there for a specific event.

The house was absolutely beautiful spacious very clean. I would definitely be coming back! I highly recommend. Overall made my vacation in Tampa very peaceful. Thank you
