Our Air Con penthouse makes the most of Auckland, right on the water, city views, easy stroll to town & ferrys. but located in Wynyard Quarter so without all the noise of the viaduct area. You are right on the water, a short stroll to the shops and cafes, or just enjoying sitting on the deck enjoying the view of the water. 1 secure car park to use. Spacious self contained apartment.

Everything you need is here. Two bedrooms,breakfast goodies,laundry,spa,large pool,large modern kitchen and new bathroom. Less than 5 minutes walk to train station. (Unfortunately the trains are not available until January 2024 due to track replacements however there is a bus service every 10mins into the city) Very quiet and private. Comfy beds and spacious living with separate dining area. Full use of sheltered tropical garden. Children love it here.
