Vacation rentals with beach access in Paralia

Wir waren fünf Tage bei Chris und seiner Frau zu Gast. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. :) Die Katze kommt ab und zu auch mal zu Besuch! ;)

Alexandras apartment was the right place for our weekend getaway. Great location, clean, easy accessible with many restaurants near by. Host is very friendly and quick to response. note: Apartment is small, but has a balcony. Thanks

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier – und es war wieder einfach perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage sowohl oben als auch unten, was besonders an heißen Tagen angenehm ist. Der Balkon und der Blick aufs Meer sind traumhaft – da beginnt die Erholung sofort. Die Straße ist etwas belebt, daher darf man keine absolute Ruhe erwarten, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Lage und der Charme der Unterkunft machen das mehr als wett. Vassiliki ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin: herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Wir waren 7 Tagen mit 2 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung und waren alle 4 sehr begeistert und glücklich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist wirklich groß. Die Lage der Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt und ein Café. Zum Strand sind es ca 2-3 Gehminuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, wir hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner. Können die Wohnung jedem empfehlen. In allen Punkten TOP.

Kyriakos dürüst, centilmen ve cana yakın bir ev sahibi. Kendi evimiz kadar rahat ettik. Abartısız söylüyorum: Daha önce bu kadar temiz bir yerde kalmadım. Kyriakos o kadar tecrübeli ki, her soruma hızla cevap verdi ama bir şey sormama pek gerek kalmadı. Bize harita pinleriyle birlikte, gerekli olabilecek ve önerebileceği her yer, restoran ve plajın listesini attı. Önerdiği her yere hayran kaldık. 3.günün sabahı temiz havlularımızı kapıda asılı bulduk. Biz yorumların aksine evi küçük bulmadık. Mutfakta birkaç kez yemek yedik ve her şeyi rahatça hazırlayabildik. Balkonu dinlenmek için mükemmel. Dolap kıyafetlerimizi rahatça aldı. Yatak rahattı. Biz varmadan klimayı açmıştı ama gerek kalmadı. Geceleri serin ve güzeldi. Bölge sessiz ve sakin. Yakındaki plaj gayet kullanışlı. Araç için şahsi ve gölgelik yer var. Teşekkür ederiz Kyriakos, umarım tekrar geleceğiz!

Uns hat es super gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Das Bad ist sehr klein, das sollte man wissen. Die Gegend ist super, viele Bars, Geschäfte und Restaurants, richtig schön. Sie ist gut erreichbar und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Der Kontakt war immer super nett und wir haben fast sofort Antworten erhalten. Check in und Out sehr komfortabel. Wir sind rundherum zufrieden und würden immer wieder kommen. Danke Maria und Fay.

Świetny Gospodarz, Sofia od razu reaguje na prośby i odpisuje na wiafomosci. Czysto, komfortowo, super blisko plaży, barów i restauracji. Miejsce do polecenia. Mieliśmy udany pobyt, dziekujemy.

Η εμπειρία μας στη βίλα ΙΧΩΡ, ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, καθώς βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο μέρος ανάμεσα στη θάλασσα και τον Όλυμπο προσφέροντας την τέλεια ισορροπία μεταξύ χαλάρωσης και πρόσβασης σε διάφορες δραστηριότητες. Στην γύρω περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές για διασκέδαση, όπως παραλίες, εστιατόρια, καταστήματα και μονοπάτια πεζοπορίας. Το σπίτι είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις.Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα, διακοσμημένα με γούστο και φροντίδα, ενώ οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, όπως η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι, είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι . Ο εξωτερικός χώρος, είναι εξίσου εντυπωσιακός, με έναν περιποιημένο κήπο ,λίμνη με ψάρια και πισίνα που προσφέρουν στιγμές απόλυτης χαλάρωσης. Καθώς και ένας εξοπλισμένος παιδότοπος ιδανικός για τα παιδιά Η φιλοξενία του Θάνου έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη και άνετη αφού απαντούσε άμεσα σε κάθε μας ερώτηση και μας έδωσε πολλές προτάσεις για την περιοχή. Συνολικά, η βίλα προσφέρει μια εμπειρία διαμονής.

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

This is a magical place to stay - peaceful and very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very charming and we loved it. Karin and the team are very responsive and kind. The place is perfect for families with kids. There is a little restaurant where you can have a snack, salad or coffee. In the bistro there is also a place where the small kids can play with toys right next to the sea. Really a great place for families. We will come back again for sure! 😊

Amazing location in Litochoro to enjoy Mount Olympus, the Plaka and the quaint town. Perfect for our family of four for two nights. Charming and well maintained home. Stefano provided great instructions to find the home including pictures and private parking area was critical in this little town.

With almost 20 years of experience in Airbnb, I can certainly say that Eleni is the kindest host ever. It feels like you are visiting a close friend or family member. The house is great, very clean and everything looks like no one has used it before. It has everything you need for your stay and more. The yard is lovely and there is a very nice tent with a large table where you can all dine together. Your pets are welcome which is an added benefit. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful and cozy place to stay in Korinos do no hesitate to rent this house.

We had a wonderful week at Maki's house. The house is a cute and peaceful village house. There are cute cats in the garden that get as close to you as you let them. The location of the house is very good. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and markets. The only negative aspect was the mosquitoes. Makis had left some mosquito repellent for this, but despite this, the flies won this war. In conclusion, I can sincerely recommend Makisin house.

Има условия за приготвяне на храна. Препоръка от нас - липсва кана за гореща вода. С нея биха се улеснили някои дейности. Все пак на готварската печка заедно с другите котлони има и малко котлонче, на което може да се загрее вода с джезве.

Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön fanden wir die Möglichkeit, mit Booten, die nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt am Steg lagen, in ca. 40 Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt zu fahren. Auch die Lage direkt am Strand und der herrliche Blick vom Balkon, von dem aus man den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnte, haben uns begeistert. Außerdem sind viele Lokale, Bäckereien und alles, was man braucht, bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

This place was great! It has modern things you need with a cool vibe. The host treats you like family in their home. There are 3 balconies! You get a dedicated parking space in a private garage - the host had us follow them in our car to make sure we knew where it was and how to get in. local markets right across the street or a larger grocery store with in walking distance.

Nice flat. We where here for a conference in the concert hall and it was ideally located. Very nice roof-terraces and great restaurant nearby, especially Ουτοπία. Metrostation and busses are very close to the flat.

Καθαρό σπίτι, ήσυχη περιοχή δίπλα στην θάλασσα με πολύ ωραία θέα και πάρκινγκ! Η Δήμητρα είναι πολύ φιλική, μας πρότεινε πολλά μέρη στην Επανομη και στην Μηχανιωνα για φαγητό και καφέ. Επίσης η Θεσσαλονίκη είναι πολύ κοντά, μισή ώρα περίπου με το αυτοκίνητο. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft von Adina. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Das Apartment ist total schön und ästhetisch eingerichtet. Es war ordentlich und sauber. Wir haben uns von Anfang an total wohl gefühlt. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, da die Unterkunft bestens ausgestattet ist mit allem was man benötigt. Man findet in der Küche alles was man braucht- von Kaffepad Maschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Küchenutensilien bis Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, in jedem Raum gibt es eine Klimaanlage und auch im Badezimmer findet man alles was man braucht. Im Hinterhof sind einige Dinge für den Strand zu finden (Schirm, Stühle, Strandspielzeug etc) welche man benutzen darf. Auch ein Elektrogrill ist vorhanden. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war die Außendusche und die großzügige wunderschöne Terrasse. Der Check in und Check out war dank der Schlüsselbox sehr einfach. Rundum weiterzuempfehlen !
