Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

Excellent place to spend a few days in peace and quiet in Piribebuy. The hosts Matthias and Mirian are super friendly and helpful, they welcomed us very kindly. The site has all the necessary amenities up to games. Apart from Matthias and Mirian make some delicious Roman-style homemade pizzas that everyone should try. Not to mention Spike's loving and playful. We definitely come back. 👌🏻

Excellent stay at Alicia's house, it far exceeded our expectations, the house is impeccable, with a beautiful view, and Alicia is very kind and always attentive to every detail.

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. I hope to return soon to enjoy everything we lacked but very grateful with everyone, thank you Monica and Flia.

Most definitely worth the asking price. A spacious one storey house with a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen. I don't know where they got the pillows from, but best nights' sleep I have had in a long time. Jeffrey was there to greet me when I arrived and was pleasantly welcoming.

A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thanks to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back this year!

An amazing place! The apartment is super nice, cozy and close to everything, which makes it super convenient to get around. It has everything you need to spend a few great days in Asunción, whether you're relaxing or exploring the city.

Excellent accommodation. The only thing to improve is to check the air conditioners, especially the one in the living room, it didn't cool much. At 30 degrees it was barely bearable, but if it were in summer with more than 40 degrees, as it is in Paraguay, I would have canceled because of the heat, especially since the sun shines all afternoon.

There were several inconsistencies in the experience. The location provided on the platform was 10 km from the actual address, which was only sent by the host after I contacted you because I couldn't find the location. The building has a doorman, but it is not always present, which makes it difficult to enter and exit, since we depend on it to open the gate. The apartment is comfortable for short stays of 1 or 2 days and more suitable for couples, as there are few utensils for those who want to cook, and the stove is of poor quality. Also, the wifi password was sent several times wrong, even after I reported that it was not working, which made it even more difficult to stay. Another negative point was that, despite leaving the apartment in perfect condition, as I always do in all my rentals, the host sent a charge alleging that a part of the single bed was broken-even without having used that room-and presented an absurd budget for the repair. Tatiana's apartment is very complete, comfortable and its decoration is beautiful. The complex in which it is located is quiet and safe. It has parking. Very close to the airport and Asunción. Easy to get to. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

The stay was very good. The house is beautiful, super comfortable and was equipped with everything you need for a super pleasant experience. The Ytu stream is a 10-minute walk, a beautiful place. Highly recommended!

Super good communication , always responded very quickly and a beautiful little house tucked away. The location was excellant as just a short drive to the national park and all the waterfalls. The town is small but super friendly people and we were able to buy good meat and veggies to cook on the outdoor barbecue in the garden. We loved the outdoor area which was private and very peaceful. Just over the fence was farmland with lots of cows. The house had everything and our stay was really enjoyable - it would certainly recommend it.
