Nos encantó el depto, amplio, moderno y contaba con todas las amenidades necesarias para una estadía placentera. Los agentes de Rentu son muy amables y contestan rápidamente, están atentos a brindar un buen servicio.

Pessoal prestativo, apartamento moderno, limpo, muito top, senti falta de uma mesinha na sacada ao lado da churrasqueira para não precisarmos entrar no apartamento pra cortar a carne mas tinha todos os utensílios que precisamos, nota 10 super indico!!!

Pasé unos días con mis familia y descansamos super bien. El departamento es súper confortable y la zona es muy tranquila.

Fer es una persona súper amable, responde rápido y soluciona todo lo que le pidas! Nos sentimos muy cómodos en el condominio! Es SÚPER seguro y hay un montón para hacer. Lamentamos no aprovechar más nuestra estadía.

El departamento excelente !! a pesar del percance que tuve, solucionaron rápidamente.. nos encantó y será siempre nuestra elección volver a hospedarnos.

O apartamento é muito bem mobiliado e com extremo bom gosto. O condomínio é maravilhoso, com uma vista magnifica. não há o que falar a não ser que vale muito a pena para quem busca um lugar tranquilo, silêncio e paz.

I will be returning to my home country of Paraguay & this Airbnb will be my 1st choice, if available! Guillermo’s Airbnb is in central Asunción, minutes away from Calle Palma, Mercado 4, Palacio De López! With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!

Matheus and the team were great hosts! The apartment is equipped for long-term stays and you have everything you need within the complex. I had a comfortable stay!

I had an incredible stay at this Yasmin Airbnb! The place was spotless, safe, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Its location, just 12 minutes from the mall, was super convenient. Yasmin was amazing—so responsive and attentive, making the entire experience seamless. On top of that, she is an awesome realtor, which was a bonus! Highly recommend staying here—you won’t regret it!

The apartment is centrally located and accessible to local sites that allow you to know and enjoy the local culture of Paraguay. The host was always accessible and the building staff was very friendly. We highly recommend it for business travel. We would definitely return.

My stay at Mauro's place was comfortable. The neighborhood is a quiet and tranquil residential area that felt safe to walk and explore around the area. There are grocery stores within walking distance or a short Uber. The apparement itself felt like home right away. The apparment has a modern feel while still being warm and comfortable. The layout of the apparment utilizes the space perfectly and had the most equipped kitchen of the other airbnbs I've stayed at in Asunción. The adado on the balcony was also a nice treat. The staff are welcoming and warm. They always were wanting to lend a hand during my stay and are friendly people.
