Condo vacation rentals in Paradise Beach

The apartment is exactly as described. Great place, near lot of restaurants and bars. 3 mins walking until the closest beach. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Would come back with pleasure.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was very quiet and only 5-6 minutes driving distance from the city centre. Our hosts were very proactive in their communication with us. The apartment is very new. We particularly enjoyed the terrace as well as the complimentary wine, juice and breakfast spreads. Every little detail was considered by the host. We will definately stay here again when we visit Kavala the next time.

Our vacation was beautiful. last 2 year we was there. Beautiful place, sea and nature. With all was great our vacation and enjoyed our times.

Although the apartment is quite old the location is stunning we sat on the balcony every night over looking the beautiful bay The accommodation has free WiFi Only thing I would say it could do with an extra couple of sockets closer to the beds ! The bakery next door is very good also the restaurants on the front are good Overall we had a great vacation and Kostas is a very nice person who goes above and beyond to help !!

The time at Dimitrios was great. A huge garden with lots of seating and a fantastic backdrop and tranquility. Dimitrios is very very friendly and helpful and the location is great for getting to the beautiful Golden Beach. About 2 km on foot. The hike to the Ipsario is fantastically beautiful and can be started directly from the apartment. We enjoyed the time very much and would like to be a guest here again. Absolute recommendation!

Absolutely loved our stay in Kavala at this charming place! The view from the window was truly breathtaking and made the uphill climb completely worthwhile. Having a parking spot was a huge plus given the limited availability in the area. The space was cozy and clean and the bedroom was comfortable. We also appreciated the hot water with great pressure—it was perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing quick getaway. Highly recommend!

Stelios is a great host. The apartment is really close to main walking street and is very spacious and comfy. It has an amazing terrace with a view. Highly recommend it!

we had a holiday in early june. upon arrival we contacted Gavriil and he came to us in 5 minutes. he showed us everything, explained everything. the flat has everything we needed and even a little more. The apartment is on the ground floor. there are 2 cosy balconies. the location is strategic - away from the road, but not far from the beach, there is a small shop nearby, to lidl 3-4 km. in the evening in the garden is quiet and peaceful. Now we know where we will stay if we are in Kavala again.

The place is a bit small and there is only one bathroom, but it’s literally right at the beach. There were also a sufficient amount of utensils, glasses and containers one might need for cooking. The city center was within a walking distance (there was even a little shop not even a minute away).

Kostas is super friendly and hospitable. He is very responsive and helpful - gave us recommendations, helpful tips and even delicious fruits. His apartment is super close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Our host greeted us with a smile. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved our view and it was peaceful. The location of the house was 15 minutes easy walk from the city center. The beds were quite comfortable. In short, we were very satisfied with our house. Thank you so much.

The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment is far enough from the Nikis street that could be pretty noisy, but close enough to the beach. It is big and beautiful, with a spacious front terase and a nice back terrace accessible from both bedrooms. The apartment is obviously not equipped for renting, but for leaving. It has everything you could possibly need, from the bathroom cabinet full of hygiene products to the high quality household appliances. A welcome bottle of wine was a nice gesture that we appreciate. No negative impressions whatsoever. All that combined with beautiful weather made a perfect vacation for us. I highly recommend.
