House vacation rentals in Paradera

Cunucu Hideaway was such a perfect stay! The house was very clean and organized, the beds were super comfortable and the house had everything you would need for a stay. The house is located in a secluded and peaceful area, which I loved. Yet, it's not far from main attractions. Nightclubs, restaurants, beaches and grocery stores are just a 5-15 minute drive. The pool and backyard space is definitely a beauty! The pool was cleaned once during our stay. They provide a BBQ grill, with everything you need. There is a lot of care and thought that was put into bringing a natural environment in the backyard space. The hosts are amazing! From the moment I booked the house they were very responsive and commutative. I appreciate and thought it was a sweet touch, how they welcome you when arriving at the property. They were beyond amazing and should us the house and how everything works. Top Tier most definitely exceeded and surpassed my expectations! I truly recommend booking with them!

This was a great place for our family trip of 6 people. The home was exceptionally clean and exactly like described. The pool was a tad dirty, but that's due to natural winds and dust/sand in the area. The pool cleaners showed to handle accordingly. Kitchen was well equipped and ACs in each room were great! We really enjoyed that this place was centrally located and about 10-15 minutes from anything on the island. The person at check-in and check-out, Franklin, was very friendly and kind as well. Everyone was very responsive whenever it was needed. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous day at Casa Alba! The kitchen was very well equipped for us to come home and cook the fish that we caught on our fishing trip. The place was very clean and very comfortable! I loved being able to come home to the pool And the outside shower. All the beaches we wanted to go to were very easily accessible. All we had to do was drive not very far at all use the chairs that were provided by the owners. We did prefer just rent an umbrella on one of the public beaches. It is definitely a place that we will come back to! This was our fourth year in Aruba and our first time to stay in something besides the high rises and I would very very much recommend this way of vacationing. We will definitely be contacting again for another trip! Thank you so much for having usand we look forward to visiting again next year.

the place was veryyy beautiful! everything was clean, very modern & very well put together. the technology was over the top!

Sam’s villa was absolutely amazing and just like the photos! He had what we needed & it was in the center of the island, so it didn’t take more than 20 mins to get to either end. Sam was very responsive & helpful in making our stay great & easy going. My family & I are already talking about going back to Aruba & renting with Sam again! 5 stars from us for sure!

Cherryanne and Rishi were incredibly warm and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, which truly eased our minds during our stay. We loved the location—it was in a lovely neighborhood, conveniently close to many restaurants and stores, yet serene and peaceful at the same time. It felt like the perfect balance. The bed and sheets were of excellent quality, reminiscent of a hotel stay, and we appreciated the comfort they provided. The air conditioning was wonderfully effective, ensuring we stayed cool throughout our visit. The small private pool was a delightful touch; even though the apartment is on their property, the large fence made it feel very secluded. The cooler, chairs and the umbrella helped too. We appreciated how they respected our privacy while also being attentive and proactive when we needed anything. It truly enhanced our experience. We would be thrilled to stay here again.

Sarah’s place was phenomenal. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. She went above and beyond with any questions or requests we had. This house has absolutely everything you may need. Next time I will make sure to stay for a much longer time as I enjoyed the place so much. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. She even decorated the house with birthday decorations as we were here celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. The house is exactly as pictured if not better in person!! Everything is easy to get to and within driving distance of the house. Can’t wait to return.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa, todo estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación es excelente y el vecindario muy tranquilo. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación de los anfitriones en cada detalle. ¡Sin duda recomendaríamos este lugar y esperamos volver pronto!

Gustavo was a great host. He communicated promptly and provided all we needed to know before booking. The unit was beautiful. Looked just like the photos and the AC worked well. It was spotless not a hair or dust anywhere. The hot tub wasn’t heated but the weather outside kept the water nice and warm. It was very private and we were 11 minutes from Eagle Beach

Estadia muito agradável, com espaço extremamente bonito e limpo, host muito atencioso e gentil. Localização muito próxima ao centro comercial noturno de palm Beach. Recomendo a estadia com o Joel, voltaremos com certeza!

Truly an amazing experience from the moment of arrival! We enjoyed all the onsite amenities, available water toys, and anything else that would be desired to explore the island. The property manager was truly a gem, provided great recommendations and checked to ensure our needs were met. Communication with both him and Dan was second to none. I’d highly recommend to anyone who wants a more private setting without the crowds of an all inclusive. Whether you want to explore the island or relax at home, this place has it all! Have fun, enjoy your stay and try not to miss a sunset from your own back yard!

Anamarias place was beautiful. She greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the place and showed us where everything was. Each villa has its own beach bag w snorkel gear and towels which was super helpful. Everything was super clean and having the hot tub, pool and volleyball net always gave us something to do. Anamaria and her 2 cohosts always responded very quickly to any questions we had. I do recommend renting a car as it is worth it to explore the island and go up to the palm beach area. We thoroughly enjoyed time here and we will definitely be back. Anamaria was a great host!

Un immense merci à Owen pour ce séjour incroyable à Aruba ! L’appartement était impeccable, parfaitement équipé et idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement de l’île. Owen a été un hôte exceptionnel, toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions et me donner d’excellents conseils sur les lieux à visiter et les meilleures adresses locales. Grâce à son accueil chaleureux, je me suis sentie comme chez moi. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la belle piscine et le mobilier extérieur confortable. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement formidable et j’ai hâte d’y retourner bientôt !

Absolutely fantastic location, gorgeous island and incredibly gracious and friendly hosts. We can’t thank Silvia and Jan enough for an absolutely amazing week - the property was absolutely stunning and amenities top notch with the pool a highlight which gave us a break from the incredible beaches and the relentless sun - a nice base to call our own. Silvia and Jan went out of their way to be helpful, offered many amazing ideas and even helped out when we accidentally left something at the property on our way home. We will certainly be coming back - we wish there was a 6 star review as this is the best vacation we’ve had thanks to these amazing hosts :)

We spent 9 nights at Casa Dushi and it was wonderful. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. We are in for breakfasts and other meals and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including a nice panini press and a smoothy / blender. The nearness of the CMart (grocery/department/restaurant) was great we went there almost every day. The AC was always plenty cool and quickly cooled the space if we turned it down while out for the day. The bed on the primary bedroom was very comfortable and while we didn't use the second bedroom it was nicely furnished and had a fold out couch along with the bed. The pool area was really the draw for us and we spent most of our time in the pool it under the pavilion. The pool was always the perfect temp. There was a little iguana action and we saw hummingbirds. Con: It is in a semi industrial area and there is some noise during the day mostly drowned out by the wind.

Our host was proactive in providing instructions/info on anything you might think to ask! The place was just right for us! A short walk to the beach, very clean and even a covered outside space to relax with your morning coffee! Plus the perk of a washer and dryer!! Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Cesar and Ingry’s place for the week! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel at home.They are friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process super easy. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

La casa de Robertus es ideal para una familia de 4 o 5 personas. Tener 2 baños fue muy cómodo y el espacio exterior para cenar allí fantástico. La casa es amplia y cómoda, faltaría mejorar un poco las sartenes y utensilios para cocinar, pero tiene lo básico y está bien. el anfitrión y su esposa fueron super amables, tuvimos un problema con el microondas y respondieron rápidamente para poder solucionarlo. Recomiendo esta casa!

Lo pasamos genial, todo estaba muy limpio, la casa es acogedora y tiene todas los equipamiento necesarios para una excelente estadía. Tiene supermercados cerca y de precios aceptables. Lo único es que la piscina estaba un fría el agua debido a algunos días nublados que tuvimos. El internet estaba muy bien. Hay muchos pájaros bonitos en el jardín y todo muy bien.

We had a wonderful time at Topazuno. We are a family of five and had plenty of space, especially because we were outside in the amazing backyard practically the entire time. The house is so charming and beautifully decorated. The outside was a true delight with the hammock, swing, cabana, dining table and pool. We just loved it all. The location was great too. We had the best vacation and hope to visit Topazuno again!

Hands down the best place we could have chosen for our first trip to Aruba. Our stay was private, peaceful & we felt like we were at home. Astrid & Enry welcomed us like we were friends that they were waiting for. Astrid made sure to give us a quick tour of where everything was & made it very simple for us. We were able to enjoy every afternoon/evening in the pool & there were unlimited places to relax in the yard. Everything you need to cook a quick lunch or dinner is there & are a lot of local restaurants & food trucks very near by. Palm & Eagle beach are an easy 5-7 minute drive making it easy to do multiple things throughout the day. The 45 minute drive to Baby beach is very relaxing & worth it. . Astrid was very responsive & easy to get a hold of with any questions. Parking right in front made it very convenient to get in easily & bring things in & out as needed. TY Astrid & Enry for a perfect stay. We know where to go when we return to Aruba.

Ho soggiornato nella casa dal 11/05/2025 al 25/05/2025 con la mia famiglia.... La casa è come vene destrista, in una posizione perfetta (in 5 minuti con una vettura arrivate alle migliori spiagge), la casa è pulita e trovate tutte le cose untili per una vacanza. posizione tranquilla e non passano neanche molte vetture intorno, quindi c'è molta tranquillità

Pictures do not do this home justice! Absolutely stunning garden! Very private and beautiful home. Perfect location for us being central to everything. Highly recommend this home for your time in Aruba.
