Nous avons apprécié les nombreuses attentions (vin, fruits, pain, beurre, confiture, etc). Le logement ainsi que sa localisation au sommet du village sont magnifiques. Nous avons énormément apprécié le calme environnant. Giorgos a aménagé sa maison pour que nous nous y sentions bien. Il a aussi été très proactif et réactif. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Iosef is a wonderful host. He made us feel welcome right from the very start. His traditional Cretan home, that he has lovingly restored is truly magical. The views overlooking Sitia are absolutely breathtaking. You are surrounded by wild flowers, olive groves and not forgetting overlooking the turquoise waters of the Agean sea. Anyone who wants to Immerse themselves in nature, Cretan culture, flower scented clean air and perfect stillness. Then Iosef's beautiful home is for you. Iosef thank you so much for your kind hospitality, we enjoyed every single moment, especially the local honey!! We will definitely be back!!

Highlight of our trip. If you want a quiet beautiful place far from tourist crowds this is it. The flat has a well equipped kitchen, AC and looks much better than the pictures. The terrace is simply wonderful. You have a beautiful view on the sea while Having breakfast or dinner there. Mochlos is quiet but with a cozy, small town centre with some good tavernas and nice bars where you can watch the sun set. The beach is small, mixed pebble/sand and less than 5 mins away. A really nice sand beach is at Pachia Ammos. If you're looking for a calm place to relax and do nothing we can recommend it very much.

Popi et George sont des personnes vraiment gentilles et chaleureuses que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. ils nous ont accueillis avec un délicieux plat au four fait maison et ont été pleins d'attentions pour notre famille. Par ailleurs la maison est très belle, dans un cadre idyllique et isolé à côté de la mer, parfait pour se ressourcer. 20 minutes de route de Sitia environ mais pleins de jolies balades à faire depuis la maison en dehors des sentiers battus, et des plages sauvages où vous serez seuls.

Secluded place with amazing with. We enjoyed our stay there, from the cute decorations to the comfortable bed. The house is split in several apartments and we had enough space. Only downside was the super strong wind, constantly morning day and night. Chairs can get blown away to give you an idea.

Wir hatten eine unbeschreiblich schöne Zeit in der Windmühle. Der Ausblick und der Garten sind umwerfend. Alles ist mit soviel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Im Ort kann man sehr gut essen. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Wir sind glücklich, dass wir dort sein durften. Wer das Besondere sucht, dem kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

The cottages themselves are beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out to make the most of limited space, with a cozy but in no way cramped feel. Emma and her team are welcoming, communicative, and full of local recommendations. And the best perk of all—at the entrance to the cottages is the trail head for the stunning hike up through Pefki Gorge and on to the village of Pefki, a must for anyone who's physically up to a vigorous walk!
