Attorniata dal verde della natura e dai suoi giardini, gode di un’ampia piscina condivisa e di un orto con i frutti di stagione. Si trova a meno di 2 km dalle spiagge della “Riviera dei Gelsomini”. All’interno della tenuta vi sono altre due residenze: Il Cafiso ed il Palmento di Villa Clelia ma ciascuna residenza gode di privacy e tranquillità.

The accommodation consists of a newly renovated detached house on one level, located in the historic center of Bova with one bedroom, one open space consisting of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, small covered veranda. Orientation facing the sea. The conservative recovery has tried to keep the original structure intact (facade with exposed stone, trusses , ancient arch, wall niche ...) and to made the rooms welcoming and functional.
