Vacation rentals with a patio in Palio

Our stay at the house of Konstantinos was perfect, peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed very friendly and always helpful attitude from Mrs. Aphrodite and Konstantinos from the start to the end. The feeling at the house was as if we were at home - relaxing and calm. Inside you have everything you need and the quality is great. We would definitely recommend this place and we already plan to visit it again with our kids.

We had an amazing vacation in Teodora's house! Great location with everything you will need around you ( shops, cafes, restaurants). The house was so spacious and cozy we felt like we were at home. The whole place was spotless. Extremely clean and well organised! We loved the view! once you close the windows the house gets super quiet and you will hear no nose from the street. What we rally enjoyed was the sea view! Teodora was so nice and welcoming. Extremely responsive!

Der Aufenthalt bei Thomi war super! Die Wohnung ist toll, direkt am Fährhafen gelegen und sehr sauber. Besonders den Balkon haben wir sehr genossen. Thomi war super nett, wir können ihre Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Ubytovanie sa nachádza blízko mora, reštaurácií, obchodov, autobusovej zastávky KTEL. V blízkosti kostola je ambulancia lekára. Domáci hostitelia nás v deň príchodu ochotne počkali a priateľsky privítali chutnou večerou, koláčom a chladeným nápojom. Komunikácia bola priateľská, pohotová. Každú našu požiadavku domáci hostitelia vedeli vyriešiť a ochotne pomohli, aby sme sa cítili naozaj ako doma. Sú to superhostitelia s veľkým srdcom, sme šťastní, že sme boli práve u nich. Pri mori sme trávili celé dni. Užívali sme si východ slnka a mesiaca. Ranné a večerné kúpanie malo svoje čaro. Pláž je piesková, vhod do mora pozvoľný. V mori sme pozorovali rôzne ryby, hviezdicu, raju a delfína. Na pláži sú lehátka so slnečníkom za cenu nápoja alebo jedla. More malo blahodarné účinky. Určite sa tu oplatí vrátiť.

Die Unterkunft von Penelope und ihrer Mutter war wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, eine toll ausgestattete Wohnung (insbesondere auch das große, bequeme Bett, der viele Platz in den Schlafzimmerschränken für die Kleidung und die Küche) und ein Garten, den unsere Tochter zum Spielen geliebt hat und in dem wir sehr oft gegrillt haben. Eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind in Laufentfernung. Penelope war immer schnell zu erreichen, super freundlich und hat uns klasse Tipps, u.a. für Restaurants gegeben. Ihre Mutter, die vor Ort im selben Gebäude wohnt, hat sich lieb aber unaufdringlich um unsgekümmert und ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung, wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen!!

we stayed 8 nights in this apartment and we felt excellent. The position of the apartment complex in front of the beach and the promenade street with shops and taverns is very close. the complex is new, the furniture is of high quality and carefully arranged. The appliances are also of high quality. The pool is 9 meters long, but for a morning workout it is welcome. The pool water was warm and very clean. access with pets is allowed, they have a lawn where they can roam. Although I stayed in the second week of September, I had very good beach weather and warm sea water. We drew a winning card this tourism year! And one more thing for fishermen: excellent fishing spots in the sea and in the Old Port of Limani (about 8km away) and in the Struma River.

Tercihiniz huzurlu bir köy evinde kalmaksa burası tam size göre. Bahçesi çok keyifli, Theologos köyü de çok güzel. Keyifli ve sakin zaman geçirmek için ideal seçim.

The house was very nice. The backyard was very sweet and comfortable. The host communicated well and helped us. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. There were thoughtful details in the house. We were very pleased.

Am stat cu copii in Prinos 11 nopti. Locatia se afla pe un deal de la terasa careia se deschide o priveliste nemaipomenita asupra muntilor si marii. E intr-atat de frumos incat nici nu-ti mai vine sa iesi undeva la micul dejun sau cina. In casa am gasit tot de ce am avut nevoie iar gazda Chrisoula si sotul ei au fost fantastici - mereu receptivi si atenti la orice detaliu. Legat de plaje - e necesar sa ai masina chiar daca exista si o plaja mai salbatica la circa 30 minute pe jos. Noi am vizitat mai multe plaje dar intr-un final ne-am oprit mai des la plaja Glifoneri la circa 12 minute cu masina. In cartier veti gasi un mini-market, o piata in aer liber deschisa lunea si o brutarie la care am devenit clienti fideli in cele 12 zile in care am stat. Locuinta se afla la circa 5 minute cu masina de Ormos Prinou unde sunt mai multe localuri si unde am mancat foarte bine.

Çok güzel ve keyifli bir konaklamaydı bizim için. Ev sakin ve güzel bir muhitte. Balkonundan hoş bir manzarası var. Temizliği ve tasarımı da çok iyi. Ev sahibimizin yönlendirmeleri ve yerel tavsiyeleri de çok yardımcı oldu. Özellikle tavsiyesiyle gittiğimiz Savvas restorana bayıldık. Evdeki ikramlar da çok hoş ve memnun ediciydi. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

The location looks exactly like in the pictures – very close to the beach, the promenade, and a supermarket. The furniture in the house is new and clean, and the host was very kind and welcoming. We visited Greece in April, when it was a bit chilly, and the heating system wasn’t set up to warm the house, but during the warmer season, the air conditioning will definitely cool the place very well. The accommodation is suitable for 4 adults and possibly 1 or 2 children.

Ons verblijf in het huis van Anna was geweldig fijn. Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op zee. Rustige omgeving; want kleine groep huizen, 28 stuks. Niet allemaal continu bewoond. Winkels en restaurants op 20 kilometer afstand. Zowel naar rechts als naar links mogelijk over de rustige provinciale weg. Het huis is comfortabel met horren tegen de kleine vliegjes. En heeft verschillende zitjes binnen en buiten. Alleen de trap vond ik een beetje lastig soms; een leuning zou wel handig zijn. Anna spreekt Grieks maar dat vertaalt prima via de airbnb-berichten. Compagnon Sophia spreekt engels en vertaalde bij aankomst. Zij woont vlakbij en is altijd bereikbaar. Maar wij hadden geen problemen, gewoon een heerlijke vakantie; gelukkig hebben we de foto's nog.

Was soll ich sagen, einfach super, Maria und ihre Familie einfach großartig. Immer wieder gerne 😁🫶

Апартаментът се намира на много добра локация в непосредствена близост до плаж с уникална гледка към планината. Домакинята беше много мила, разбрана и отзивчива, а жилището и цялата къща блестяха от чистота. Останахме много доволни и обмисляме да повторим.

Kostas is super friendly and hospitable. He is very responsive and helpful - gave us recommendations, helpful tips and even delicious fruits. His apartment is super close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und idealer Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Auto die verschiedenen Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und wir hatten keinerlei Beschwerden. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, die uns nach aufregenden Tagen eine erholsame Nachtruhe ermöglichte.Ich war mit meinen zwei Töchtern (acht und dreizehn Jahre alt) unterwegs, und auch sie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab viel zu erleben und zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ausgezeichnet – freundlich, unkompliziert und bei Bedarf wurde schnell geholfen.Insgesamt eine erstklassige Unterkunft, die ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann. Everything was great, Marina was so helpful, you had every need on the house, the only thing that makes us overwhelming was our check-in hour but it is because of our bus departure time. We came to Kavala at 7 am, ofc it was hard to find somewhere to wait with suitcases, i strongly recommend you to put your cases to lockable cabinets on the bus station otherwise it might be unpleasant situation for you to try to walk with heavy cases. But Marina was helpful after we contact she allowed us to early check-in. If you don’t have any sim card you might got trouble about to find taxi as well you should learn the routes before you come. House is located a place easy to find.

Lovely place. Dora is amazing host, she responded very, very quickly and supported us when we have a problem. (not with the place). Very clear room and bathroom. You can park outside with no problem and free. The beach and the center (tavern, souvenirs etc) are in max 5 minutes away. Great and big supermarket in one minute.

A modern and well decorated apartment. Furnished and fitted with everything you need. Host was so nice too. Great location in quiet part of town with a short walk to the centre and beach. Local Supermarket and tavernas close by.
