El alojamiento fue excelente, super lindo, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Margarita siempre estuvo muy atenta a mis inquietudes. La amabilidad de Luz y Raul hicieron que siempre nos sintieramos como en casa.

El lugar fue increíble. Jhonatan y Anlly son anfitriones excepcionales, siempre atentos a que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. La casa está rodeada de naturaleza, con árboles de naranjas, guayabas y limones, y con la generosa invitación de tomar toda la fruta que quisiéramos. Además, el entorno es muy tranquilo, acompañado por el canto de mirlas y sinsontes, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial. El jacuzzi tiene muy buena capacidad, ideal para relajarse, y toda la casa es cómoda y acogedora. La ubicación es buena y queda relativamente cerca a los termales, lo que facilita las visitas. Sin duda esperamos volver muy pronto.

La finca es hermosa y está bien equipada con lo necesario para una estadía de grupos grandes. Tiene buenos espacios de entretenimiento. Ideal para ir con familia o amigos.

Lugar muy bonito y cómodo. Está muy bien dotado, en especial la cocina. Espacios bastante amplios y mobiliario muy completo.

Es una casa espectacular, vale la pena, hospedarse allí. La comodidad, amplitud de las habitaciones y las camas, repetiría mi experiencia de quedarme en este lugar . Gracias por la atención.

We had an amazing stay and the hosts were very friendly! Especially Don Alfonso and his family. We were made to feel right at home and greeted with coffee and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. Even after additional guests arrived we were still asked to stay and enjoy ourselves and explore the property. We were treated to a special hike down to a wishing tree as well. Complete with hats, scarves, and walking sticks. Wonderful stay!

The apartment was exactly as described—really nice, airy, and bright with beautiful openable balcony doors that gave it a lovely fresh feel. As soon as we walked in, it smelled super clean and everything looked great, which made a great first impression. The location is very central, right on La Circunvalar—a lively and busy high road with plenty to do nearby, from great restaurants to bars and places to go out. The only downside was that the check-in process could have been smoother. The concierge didn’t have much information, seemed unsure about parking, and neither the host nor staff provided any details about how to access the pool. We couldn’t find any signage or info about it in the building either. Overall, still a great stay in a well-kept, comfortable space—we just wish the arrival details and amenities access were a bit clearer.

Nuestra estancia por vacaciones familiares en el alojamiento de Juan Camilo fue excelente. La comunicación fue rápida, clara y constante. El apartamento estaba impecable y la ubicación era perfecta para ir de visita a los Termales. Juan Camilo es un gran host que siempre estuvo atento a nuestra llegada y durante nuestra estadía siempre estuvo en contacto. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo requerido. ¡Lo recomendamos totalmente!

Beautiful, modern apartment with stunning views I really enjoyed my stay in this clean, well-designed apartment. The wraparound balcony offers an incredible view, and the building is quiet, odor-free, and has a fast elevator. Great coffee, responsive front desk staff, and parking availability added to the convenience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and the mall. One note for light sleepers: party music from the nearby nightlife can be heard until the early morning hours. Otherwise, a fantastic place to stay!

La Unidad Residencial y El apto son excelentes cómodos y muy bien ubicados el anfitrión súper amable y siempre disponible fue como estar en casa.

El lugar queda en una zona muy tranquila y exclusiva de Santa Rosa, además de ser un alojamiento completo, Julian es un anfitrión pendiente y servicial. 100% recomendado y de seguro que uno vuelve ahí.

This apartment satisfied all of our needs. The security guards were very attentive. The location was perfect, close to the best mall in Pereira. Close to the best restaurants and night clubs. The people from the town were every friendly and safe. In general a very safe location, the apartment was beautiful and clean. The bed and couch were very comfortable and modern. They provided coffee which was very nice to have on the patio with a beautiful view.

Un lugar hermoso y acogedor, completamente equipado, seguro, el anfitrión siempre atento, la cocina está súper equipada, destaco que es un lugar muy agradable, tranquilo y exalto la limpieza es maravilloso. Central, enseguida tiene supermercado, Todo es muy cercano, Centro comercial y universidades, es un sector muy comercial.

Muy cómodo y limpio, Angélica una excelente anfitriona siempre pendiente y el conjunto cerrado muy seguro y acogedor.

Días de verdadero descanso, todo muy cerca, excelente servicio.

El sitio fue tal cual en las fotos, altamente recomendado, sitio tranquilo, familiar, ubicación, y amenidades... Le hace falta un cariñito al apto para dejarlo 100/100; pero a la fecha tiene un 96/100 en su habitabilidad... Me volvería a hospedar sin dudarlo...
