Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 30 μέτρων από την θάλασσα και η κοντινότερη παράλια στα 100 μέτρα. Το κέντρο της πόλης μαζί και το λιμάνι απέχει 5 λεπτά περπατώντας. Located just 300 meters from the sea, very close to the famous Elafonisi (13km), Falassarna (30km) and Mpalos(40km) beaches.

Η κατοικία βρίσκεται στο χωριό Σφηνάρι Κισσάμου γνωστό για την παραλία του , το φρέσκο ψάρι αλλά και το υπέροχο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Ιδανικό μέρος για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας με δυνατότητα πρόσβασης στην θάλλασσα εντός λίγων λεπτών με τα πόδια. .

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
