The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

The house is ideally placed between Lyon- Grenoble- Chambéry close to the mountains, in the middle of the Dolphin countryside. (Lyon 30 minutes, Chambéry 25 minutes, Grenoble 30 minutes). We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.
