This well appointed corner apartment is clean, comfortable, and has a wonderful view to the southeast from the highest floor in the building. The apartment is quiet, the aircon is nearly silent and keeps it nice and comfortable. I spend a lot of time working from the balcony seating and it was a nice and relaxing place to catch up on online tasks. Both tvs (bedroom and living room allow screen share, and I was able to edit photos and videos with a crisp view, Anton is friendly, communicative, and helpful for any needs or questions. The price is a bit higher than the other units in the same building, but it’s still a good value and I hope to be returning in the future. Self check in is very handy, as I arrived on the late train at 2:00 in the morning. Thanks, Anton!

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa! Everything was exactly as described; clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The private pool was definitely the highlight for us, super clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing any time of day. We stayed here to celebrate my brother’s birthday, and the host was so kind and supportive about it. We really appreciated the flexibility and warm hospitality, it made the experience even more special. The whole vibe was peaceful, the surroundings quiet, and the service was smooth from start to finish. made was very friendly and helpful.. thank you very much.. the villa is clean, spacious, 3 rooms, there is a backyard, the facilities are also really good, for complete cooking utensils both cooking utensils and cutlery, there is an iron, hair dryer, coffee maker, washing machine, ikea furniture, the selection of bedset colors is also soft, the owner's taste is really cool and homey.. next vacation I'll go to this villa again. for locations close to north jogja tourism, the accent of the road is uphill, lots of hit cafes.. thank you very much made. me and my family are happy 😊😊

Thank God you can feel gathering and staying with your family at this villa fanade.. from the interior and exterior everything feels luxurious and in accordance with the photos that are applied.. Check-in or checkout services are all easy,, admin (mba Maya) is very responsive and very good at answering all the questions provided.. the villa keeper is also very nice and friendly.. it looks like it will be one of the holiday inn destinations back home later..thank you fanade..
