My place is right on the beach overlooking Denmark. The apartment was newly renovated in 2017. Great bus connections take you to the center of Flensburg within 10 minutes. Denmark can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. Shopping is in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right outside the front door. Good restaurants nearby. Parking directly free of charge on site. Immediate beach.

The house is located directly opposite the famous Ochseninseln, on the Gendarmstien, literally "a stone's throw" from the water and impresses with an unobstructed panoramic view over the fjord from "Flensburg", via "Glücksburg" to the "Holnis" peninsula.

A staircase leads to the separate entrance to the upper floor of our house, where you will find a large combined living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
