Has 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), open dining and living room with sofa bed (extendable), kitchen, as well as bathroom. The apartment is about 68 square meters, is on the ground floor. In the nature reserve in front of the door, you can let your soul dangle. Nature lovers also have their joy here.

An ideal location for hiking on foot and stopping in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
