Ellyn’s place is perfect place for us .. close proximity to restaurants, S&R . My husband & I appreciate the space .. plus the pool is a nice add on. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to Iloilo.

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

Apartment complex is super new, so all amenities work well and are in good condition. Once you're checked in, getting in and out is super easy and there are plenty of linens in case you need to swap bedsheets for any reason. Having Amazon Prime Video is a nice plus as well, and the price is very competitive for the more upscale location. Host also offered to have the place cleaned 1 week into my 2 week stay, which was fantastic. The cleaner did a great job and I appreciated the offer. One note: make sure to bring your own toiletries as there weren't any when I stayed.

Staying at April’s place is one of my favorite places in Air BnB. It is located very close to SM City Iloilo and all you need to do is walk for 5 mins or less. Her place is also complete with amenities so I felt more relaxed during my stay. Moreover, April is a kind and caring host who checks you from time to time. Also, she responds quickly. I will definitely recommend her place if you want to enjoy your stay in Iloilo City.

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

I booked Jay's place for my entire family, and we all loved it! The home was very nice and cozy, spacious and comfortable. The location was private and peaceful as well. Jay is an awesome host! It was a great stay, upon our late arrival there were no hustle for the key has a secured key box. Then, upon entering the villa the ambiance was good that it feels like home. Despite the short stay we enjoyed comfortably the accommodation. We did not expect that the villa has a complete appliances, we even brought our own thinking that it was not included. A two thumbs-up to Francisco's Residences for a great stay at the Little Villa 1. Worth recommending to my friends and family.

This is home was just what we needed on our trip to the Philippines! Comfortable, clean, and a great location to almost everything we were looking for (shopping mall, restaurants, grocery and more). Great value for money. The unit is located in Building B, which is a big plus since I'm with my mom — it's much closer to the mall, making walking to and from more convenient.
