The house dates back to arab times, it has been fully renovated to high standards maintaining its character and adding all modern amenities, such as air-conditioning, hot air heating and wifi, also has a cast iron wooden fireplace and build in barbecue. The nearest costal town is Almuñecar.

It is very well connected to the center of Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which is only a half-hour drive away.
