Ideal starting point for your day trips. Or a walk in the Franconian Highlands Nature Park and a swimming lake is also very close. Our accommodation was completely newly built and lovingly furnished to prepare a few unforgettable days for our guests. Very convenient access through your own front door with a numerical code.

Beautiful 60 sqm apartment in HN-EAST

The 60 sqm self-contained apartment with private entrance is located in a detached house, in a quiet location of Heilbronn-Ost. It can be parked by car in the courtyard in front of the facade directly in front of the apartment, or also free of charge in front of the house on the street. Our vacation home is about 55 square meters with up to 5 sleeping places. Max. 2 parking spaces Adjacent to the stable/paddock. Open living area with living room, TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Board games for a cozy game night are provided. Towels and linens are provided. It is about 1.5 km to the local outdoor pool.

Relaxing in the resort

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

Berthas Bleibe

This 1-room apartment with a very quiet location in Hochdorf is accessible through a separate entrance. It features a double bed (140) with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, two hotplates, toaster and mini oven. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.
