In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The bathing box in the Altes Baderei in Kamenz offers a unique opportunity to retreat and enjoy a break in the protection of a centuries-old yew and a fascinating history. Nestled in the historic structure of a lovingly preserved farm, our house uniquely combines tradition and contemporary comfort. In the basement, the original preserved granite construction impresses, which not only breathes charm but also history. The newly built floor on the upper floor was built in sustainable timber construction and houses three high-quality furnished apartments, each with 33 m² of living space.

Our vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The spacious terrace invites you to barbecue and in the garden you can relax in the hammock. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The cozy living room is the ideal place to relax or to spend a fun game night. There are 2 bedrooms each with a single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub.

The apartment LOFT 2d is quietly located in a rear courtyard and can accommodate two people. On two floors and a spacious roof terrace with lounge furniture, relaxing hours can be spent alone or as a couple. If you want to relax, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. In summer, the roof terrace offers sunbathing. In winter, the apartment scores points with a panoramic fireplace.

Old Railway Guard House

The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel good on about 60 m². Sustainable and natural materials were used and so, for example, the field stone construction has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house provides a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.

Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
