Welcome to our spacious single-family home with a heated pool in the garden. The house on two floors has plenty of outdoor space with terraces on the ground floor as well as on the 2nd floor with a view. The house has a big garden with a big trampoline. From the house it is walking distance to Nydalen with bars, restaurants, cinema and a large shopping center and a large shopping center. Short distance to the tube and bus that takes you to the centre of Oslo in 15 minutes. Short distance to the beaches and hiking opportunities in the Maridalen.

Magnificent at Grefsen with spectacular views!

Be the king on the hill in large venerable villa on Grefsen with a spectacular view. With 3 meters under the roof, 6 fireplaces, large rooms and large windows the house has a lot of soul. 2 minutes walk tram no. 11 and 12 that takes you to the city center in 20 minutes. 45 minutes from Gardermoen airport. 6 rooms with double beds, where one room has an extra single bed, in addition there are two extra mattresses that provide opportunities for additional sleeping places. Central but quiet. Possibility to park three cars on the property.

Hosts families or adult couples/ friends. Events and large parties not possible, as the apartment is part of the two-person residence. Only 10 min from the city centre you can find Bygdøy , a half island surrounded by beaches and Forrest. Our house has an open plan With adjoined kitchen , dining room and living room . On the second floor are 3 bedrooms one master one twin and a single. There is also a large bathroom. In the basement is a home cinema and bedroom. Where A comfortable double bed is placed behind a large sofa. Another good sized bathroom with a washer and dryer is also on this floor.
