I loved the accommodation, Marco was very attentive and responded very quickly and politely. The apartment is super cozy, it has a beautiful view, it served me super, I liked the sound that is in all the common areas. Shower with very good pressure. Overall, I had no problems, I got to know the condominium (fitness center and swimming pool) and the rodents. Thank you for hosting Marco, I hope to stay again and I have also recommended it to friends.

Airbnb matches very well what is shown in the listing photos. It is a small building in the back of the host's house, which has three floors. It occupies the entire first floor, which is lower than the street. Access is through the host's garage, then through a side corridor, and then 13 steps of stairs. There is no elevator. The host lives on the second floor of the house and is always available. Access to Airbnb is restricted to the people listed on the reservation. During our stay the washing machine was broken but there is a self-service laundry a few meters from the Airbnb. The yard is quite spacious and the atmosphere is airy. The kitchen is very well-equipped, we had no difficulty cooking lunch. The TV is large and is connected to a stereo complete with three speakers.

My stay was very good! The host was always available and very polite! He promptly resolved everything we requested! The pool water is really warm and the landscape is definitely beautiful! We like it a lot🙏🏼

Martha's place is simply spectacular! The view is even better than in the photos, the house is extremely clean, organized and well-equipped for hot days and very cold nights. The decoration is a charm in itself, where you can see a very special touch of care from the owners. Co-host Ana was extremely courteous and helpful, always responding quickly. I recommend it for couples who want a romantic getaway without giving up comfort.

I had a great stay at this place! The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was also a big plus: walkable to shops, restaurants, and other local attractions. Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was smooth and easy. I’d definitely book again on my next visit!

We stayed for a little over 2 weeks with our 2 year old. Not only was the place exactly as described, Elise was extra thoughtful in the amenities provided for our son. She was extremely responsive, and was gracious to allow us a flexible check out to accommodate his nap before our flight. Wlander was extremely empathetic to us. My wife got dengue fever days before the trip, and even though the reservation was non-refundable and there was no time to put other guests in place, he refunded us 100% of the amount. This demonstrates the character and level of trust we can have in hosts like this. As soon as possible we will make the trip and we will definitely stay in Wlander's space!

Very small space, but for one person's stay and for the amount charged it's worth it. Very quiet neighborhood. Clean, nice, comfortable space. The bathroom is missing a hygienic shower.
