Vacation rentals with a home theater in Osaka Bay

Akari san : Our stay in your lovely home was wonderful in every way. We encounter a place with a lot of thought to the guest from cleanliness, brightness to tea and coffee . The location is close to the train station, restaurants and a wonderful supermarket with everything we needed and more.

Great location, just near the kuramon market, & the metro. The room has everything you could possibly need. The washing machine was so helpful and the kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to cook your own meals. Tadashi was a great host, super clear instructions on how to get there and check in as well as quick responses to any questions.

Great place for your stay in Osaka, we stayed with four adults and had heaps of room for everyone. Really nice balcony and lounge area to hang out. The area is nice too, very close to the station and some good restaurants close by! Would recommend!

The place is literally at the train station, it was amazing. The food and attractions that were walkable were great too.

The inn keepers were so helpful. Knowledgeable and quick to react. I don't think we had a message. Go unanswered for more than five minutes.!!!Amazing service better than you could reasonably. The host was very proactive and helped us by pickup our luggage and dropping it on respective floors as per our requirement as the lift was not working. The shower area/washrooms were very clean and had goof quality toiletries. The kitchen was untouched and very well equipped. The cutlery was just perfect, there were all sorts of pans and other equipment required to cook our meals, they even got us new extra induction for our requirement. Good and very helpful staff. Really felt like home. Just faced two difficulties one being no working lift and second the washrooms weren’t inside the rooms. Rest 5star service! Highly recommend 🥳

It was a great stay at Gen-san’s villa with beautiful view of Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge from the roof top balcony. The place is clean and nicely decorated. Every details in the villa shows the thoughtfulness of the host. Gen-san reply message promptly and was friendly. Will definitely visit Awaji again in near future and will choose to stay at the villa again.

We enjoyed our stay in Kyoto at Hiroe’s home. It was a great authentic experience and she was a great host who met us for checkin and explained how to use everything. Thank you

赤ちゃん連れ、計10人で宿泊しました。 ベッドの数、部屋の数がちょうどよく、バスルームとトイレも2つずつあったので快適でした。 また駅から出てすぐの場所だったのもとてもよかったです！駅の近くにはコンビニ、ドラッグストア、ドンキもあり便利でした。 また大阪に行く機会があれば宿泊したいです。

Fabulous option for families looking to explore Osaka. The expo is easy to reach via Nishikujo/Bentencho, as is USJ and central Osaka. The loft play area and projector made it especially nice for the kids. The house is spotlessly clean with plenty of space. It’s also accessible by road which was helpful for us when we rented a car. Lovely place that’s highly recommended!

Before arriving I had a few questions and it was extremely easy to chat with the host. They offered answers to every question within minutes! This was a great place to stay and central to all the attractions we wanted to see. It was a 25 minute uber to Universal Studios and a 15 minute uber to Dotonbori. It was about a 3 minute wait to get an uber at the house. The house is 3 stories with very narrow stairs, so be cautious. The towels are very small, but super absorbent. There is a Nespresso machine with pods that are available to purchase. The beds and bedding is what made this the best place I have ever stayed at! They were soft and cloud like. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you J.P. Nest for a great stay and good communication!!

i booked 2 room, this one for my family and the other one for my mom, sister and brother in law. this was my 2nd time staying at here, the reason is obviously due how comfortable and convenience is here. almost zero complain. the room is big, amenities are complete, bus stop just 5 seconds by foot :D, 2 mins to nearest ministop and 7eleven, 3 mins to Kyoto Aquarium. 1 more thing, please send my regards to SAMIYA-san at the reception office, she was so nice, very helpfull and super pretty too!!

I can’t say enough great things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the entire place had such a cozy and welcoming vibe. Our host (Ted) was amazing—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect too, with great restaurants, shops, and attractions just minutes away. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate. The place is very spacious. We are four adults and the room is super comfortable for us. The location is within the walkable distance from Kyoto JR station. There is a bus station right next to it to go everywhere in Kyoto. I recommend staying there and would love to stay again in the future.

RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI

This was perfect for our few days in Kyoto. Checkin across the street from Kyoto Station was smooth and the free shuttle from the checkin desk to the building was very handy with our luggage. The room is centrally located in Kyoto with easy subway access, although we ended up walking to a lot of places. The building was clean and felt secure, and also conveniently had laundry machines on the first floor.
