The stay was very pleasant, Laurine's house is very well connected. The cleanliness needs to be a bit better. The double mattress needs to be changed. Otherwise we found the things we needed such as salt, coffee and everything you need in the kitchen.

Excellent stay! The accommodation is clean and tastefully decorated. We were warmly welcomed by Hélène and her Husky 😊 Gimli, our Swedish shepherd loved playing with Maïka, the poor man was sad to leave her when we left. Recommended

Perfect location in nature. Welcoming, homely, peaceful & comfortable. Yet close to Clisson & easy access for Nantes. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. We would happily visit again ☺️

We arrived in total autonomy and met Nicolas a little later in the evening who showed us around this magnificent estate. The meeting with the horses as well as the chickens (Thank you again for the fresh eggs) were very much appreciated by our son! The place is very quiet and peaceful, it's a change from our usual downtown. Nicolas was very welcoming and warm with us, as well as our son. The accommodation met our expectations as shown in the photos (in fact, better in real life than in the photos!) we highly recommend it to future occupants! An incredible stay at Guilain's in a sublime house completely redone. We were there as a family to celebrate a PACS and we fully enjoyed the moment and the beautiful environment of the house! In addition, the host is super friendly and responsive! Recommended 100%!

First of all, Pierrick is a very nice person, very smiling and friendly! Place is peaceful and relaxing. I slept like a baby and what happiness the landscape when I woke up. I took a Jacuzzi session, it did me a lot of good and I was quiet there. The breakfast prepared by Pierrick has a lot more for me. Thanks!

A warm and authentic house where it's nice to gather with family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The marsh environment is peaceful and the view is really magnificent from the very well maintained garden.

Regulars of Airbnb weekends with friends, this is one of the best places we've ever stayed. Jean is a welcoming and considerate host. Everything is available to make you feel at home: beds made (impeccable bedding), towels available + for the pool, all the little necessities for daily life. The house has a crazy character, just like the outside, whether it's raining or sunny. We hope to return one day, Thank you Jean.

Very good stay at François's. The studio is clean and as described. I came to Nantes for a very sad reason but I felt cocooned at François's. Thanks to him and I recommend it without a second thought.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment centrally located in Nantes. Large space beautifully decorated. High ceilings and bright large windows throughout. Spacious. Well appointed kitchen, bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. The place was so comfortable in every way for our small group. The location provides easy walking to many wonderful restaurants as well as access to public transportation. If arriving late make sure to get clear instructions on retrieval of keys as host is not on site.

Communication with Morgane was excellent, she is a polite person and dispels all necessary doubts. When I arrived at his apartment, I already liked it the first time, everything was clean and organized, with a wonderful smell, very beautiful decoration, you have everything you need for a perfect stay, as in the photos! Great, highly recommend!

Two-night business trip, perfect, clean and quiet accommodation. No complaints, would recommend!

Arrival a little disappointing when looking at the building, the photo published corresponds to the building next door freshly painted in white and blue. Access to the apartment with a large staircase. Located close to transportation and the historic district to visit the city on foot. The advantage of a parking space for the vehicle that is close to the apartment. The apartment is well arranged and quiet during the day, the only downside is in the evening with a cafe open until late with noisy people.
