If your coming up to fish, the Lake and river are close by and you can park your boat on the gated property. The owners live on the property, but are not on top of you. Also Charlie the dog lives on this property, he is very social. Overlook the town of Oroville with a beautiful view and the Buttes. Minutes from the Hospital and the Gold Country Casino Resort. Several hiking trails nearby.
