Skromná kuchyňka, kadibouda, IBCečko s užitkovou vodou, ohniště, příjezd autem možný až k objektu. V případě potřeby dodáme i peřiny, pitnou vodu, pár domácích vajec na snídani. Přes potok pobíhají ovce a daňci. Kdo nehledá, žádný luxus, ale chce si jen příjemně odfrknout mimo ruch města, určitě se mu Potůčka zalíbí. Rybaření možno, 10km řeka Sázava, kde je k dispozici pramice!
