Newly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment in turn-of-the-century apartment. Here you are close to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice skating rink, ski tracks on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. Cost is added for electric car charging (type 2 connector 16A), towels and bed linen. Cleaning is done by the tenant before checkout. Cleaning equipment is available. Permantet accommodation host family lives upstairs but has separate entry. Well met.

Lake Front Farm House

Our farm is located in a quiet hamlet on Sweden's fifth biggest lake, home of the famous great lake monster! The house is 10 minutes by car/bus to the university town of Östersund, venue for the Biathlon World Cup, and just over an hour by car/train to Åre, venue for the FIS Alpine Word Ski Championships. In addition to the main house, the farm has its own lake frontage and 100 acres of forest which is perfect for walking, cross country skiing, picking berries and spotting moose.

Johannes’s place was awesome. We were two colleagues on business trip so we couldn’t even enjoy everything his place offered. House was beautiful and surrounding was enchanting. The host was always attentive and responsive. If we will get opportunity we would definitely book again.

We are very confident in this Airbnb. It is a stylish villa right on the lake with private access. The villa is immaculate, clean and just perfect. Hedda and her husband are super nice and helpful. Absolute recommendation of their own restaurant, it tastes great. Hedda even provided us with her own kayak, which we could use to explore the lake and which gave us many beautiful moments. Absolute recommendation!!!

The outdoor deck features two large, comfortable chairs facing the water. A small table is positioned between them, providing a space for drinks or snacks. The scenic view of the lake is complemented by clear blue skies and distant greenery along the shoreline.

Villa with beach plot in Frösön/Östersund

Gorgeous place for a vacation with a very responsive host. The property, both inside and out, is even better than the photos suggest. It is very quiet and private, and the house is new & modern, and decorated beautifully. There are multiple TVs and living rooms. The internet connection and cell phone coverage were good both for working and streaming on TV. A few things to keep in mind are that the house is just off the road with some traffic and it's not a fenced property. We kept our young dog on leash or always kept an eye on her so that she did not go towards the front of the house from the backyard. It is also about 1km to the nearest sidewalk/trail to go for a walk without taking the car. One of the two bedrooms in the house does not have an attached bathroom and does not have a door.
