Quiet and secluded accommodation in the guest house right on the lake Ulllutern. Access to a large dock with a bathing ladder shared with the cabin host. Rowboat and wood-burning sauna are included. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Sleeping loft with 140cm dubble bed and sofa bed 140cm with double bed. Stairs from the living room up to the sleeping loft. Kitchen with basic equipment, fridge/freezer, cooker with oven, oven, microwave. Not dishwasher. Toilet with toilet, shower, sink and storage cabinet. The guest house is located on the same lot as the cottage hosts' house. Welcome!

It is ~ 1,5 km to E18 and 300 m walk to bus stop. The accommodation has a fridge, hotplate, coffee maker, microwave etc. Breakfast and basic ingredients are available for your own cooking. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outside space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Nice Cabin 6 people with outdoor spa and peaceful location.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for himself with the host in his own house on the plot. Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summertime there may be a control pool boat for rent, separate agreement is required for that.
