In short, it is a perfect Airbnb with a 5-star rating. Everything is perfect: the Airbnb is clean, communication is flawless, and all the equipment is new. I can’t really point out a single problem with the Airbnb. The location is also satisfactory. Although it isn’t in traditional tourist cities, the Airbnb is just a 1-minute walk from Meiringen station, which has trains to Interlaken and Lucerne every half hour. If you're looking for a cheaper, more Swiss-style accommodation and want to avoid the crowds, this is perfect for you. I was definitely impressed by the Airbnb and will come back if I travel to Switzerland again. Thanks, Peter, for being a wonderful host!

My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we drove up —absolutely stunning views that set the perfect tone for our stay. The drive to the home alone is worth mentioning, with breathtaking scenery all along the way. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how spotless everything was, and the view from inside the home was just as incredible. The space has a modern cabin feel that was cozy and stylish. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect and unwind. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained; we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, which made us feel even more at ease. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with access to nature, there are some great hiking and biking trails nearby. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! We were hosted very well by our hosts, with whom communication was very easy. Marianne helped us throughout our stay with different activities and tips. The accommodation is very comfortable, close (by car) to many activities and sites and it is very well-equipped. The airbase is not a nuisance (planes do not take off until 8:30 a.m.) and the take-off offers a beautiful spectacle! We were very happy to spend these few days off at Marianne and Bernhard's, and we recommend their accommodation.

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. Sungalow was beautiful and clean and had every essential item you would need while traveling. The views are unbelievable! Nicolas and Kristy were proactive in their communication and very friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying here again and highly recommend Sungalow to anyone traveling in the Lauterbrunnen area.

Excellent home with very well stocked kitchen. Beautiful area with view of the lake and easily walkable to the train station. Loads of toys from Lego to wooden trains for my kids age 3 and 7.

This was a great place to stay! Karin was very friendly and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful and has plenty of great places to hike and explore! The location is perfect, close enough to the main road that it is easy enough to walk to the water or into town, but far enough that it is quiet. My wife and I loved our visit!
