Vacation rentals with a patio in Old Port of Montreal, Ville-Marie

Great apartment for a family stay in Montreal. Our host Diya was very proactive and clear with communications for everything from where to park to how to enter to reminding us of check-out procedures. Everything was very comfortable. Location was great for access to Boulevard St. Laurent (e.g. Schwartz’s deli and many stores), McGill University, and Mont-Royal Park. Everything else we wanted to do in central Montreal or old city was either an easy Uber, +/- 25 minute walk, or accessible by Metro. Highly recommend!

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung direkt an der Altstadt von Montreal gelegen. Alles war wie beschrieben, der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr praktisch. Wir können die Wohnung für einen Besuch in Montreal wirklich sehr empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Wohnung unbedingt empfehlen.

Very quiet and comfortable stay at Andy's. We stayed for multiple days and really enjoyed it. There is security in the building which made us feel very safe. I will def stay there again when I'm back.

The apartment was immaculate, check in and out was easy, and Vanessa was very communicative and flexible. The location was absolutely perfect - very walkable and close to tons of great food and activities.

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's place. The apartment was clean and as we expected from the pictures. The neighbourhood is brilliant. There are a lot of great restaurants, cute shops and parks.

We enjoyed our stay at Maxine’s place. We really appreciated being able to drop off our luggage several hours before our check-in. The condo was as described, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a superb shower with multiple shower heads. A larger grocers store Provigo is a few minutes walk from the place. There is currently construction on the street right in front of the condo, so the street is blocked off (no traffic) and there is quite a bit of construction noise during the day. Since we were gone most of the day, it was not a problem for us. I would definitely come back in the future.

Maison très jolie, intérieur comme extérieur, le tout a proximité de tout commerce. Jean Philippe a été très accueillant et nous a fait découvrir un évènement annuel a Longueuil avec beaucoup de simplicité. Nous recommandons vivement

Her home is beautiful. Has that “new home” smell. Absolutely clean and spotless. I loved how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was. Also, 15 minutes from any Walmart, mall, ice rink, airport, major stores, etc. I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hosts. Beautiful backyard to lounge beside the pool. Property backs onto a network walking trails - great for bird watching!

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was comfortable and cozy, and the hot tub on the private patio was a lovely touch. It was so convenient, the Metro was close by, Rue St Catherine was steps away and there were so many restaurants, cafes, shops, parks and more. It was an amazing home base for our week exploring Montreal!!

Great apartment near Sherbrooke Street. The back deck worked out beautifully with summer weather. As described by owner, 3 bedrooms and a good sized living room. Kitchen worked out well. There is a bunk room for kids. The unit is upstairs and has a good railing to use. Parking outside on site. Pepper the cat was around on back deck. Very friendly cat. Restaurants, grocery store and SAQ walking distance. Fabulous kids playground in Westmount park. Perfect for our family.

I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

Une 2e fois pour nous dans cet hébergement et nous avons adoré tout comme la première fois. L'emplacement est parfait à proximité de plusieurs services. Le parc et les terrains de pickle ball sont à quelques minutes à pieds, le quartier est calme et paisible. Le logement est impeccable !

Great location and really nice apartment ! Great layout, warm and cozy. The apartment is in a really lovely part of Montreal, parks, shops, downtown and really amazing restaurants all nearby.

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Great place and helpful institutions. Very well finished interior and well maintained. Will definitely come back in the future.

Our family of six stayed in Jason and Eric's place for five nights. From the first question I had before even booking till the day we left they were very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. So communication was really great. The house was very spacious for the six of us. The younger kids loved having three floors to explore, we all had our space and three and a half bathrooms was great. The house was very clean and bright!! Lots of huge windows but also the recessed lighting was amazing on the first floor. We used the dart board and had a lot of fun with that. The location was great, we crossed the street to the park daily. It was a short walk to Mont Royal and we did it every day for some groceries, bagels or shopping. it was a 50 min walk to old town which we did twice. We did a ton of walking around Montreal and the house was always a great place to come home to. Comfy beds were appreciated too!! If in Montreal again we would stay here again!

I spent a wonderful weekend with my family in Montreal, and Eric's accommodation contributed to that wonderful weekend in Montreal, which was exactly as it was stated in the ad. In addition, Erik's very detailed instructions for every detail, from parking to entering the apartment, reduced our stress when arriving in an unfamiliar environment. I can highly recommend this place to any family that wants to have a nice place to stay during their stay in Montreal.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo, a solid 5-star experience. We look forward to staying again in the future and will be happy to recommend it to friends.
