Friendly, bright, quiet garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover passing through. Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz ski resorts are a 30-minute drive away. Also other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are close by. The accommodation is located directly on Inntalradweg. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, by car 25 minutes by car. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the property, and Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have friendly furnishings on the 1st floor of our large, older house, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 minutes) and car (P at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farmers' shop, bakeries, butchers are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. The apartment was the perfect location for a young family. Sabine was a wonderful host, communicating brilliantly, welcoming us on arrival and making us and the kids feel at home the whole time, with so many toys and outdoor activities available to us. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed, with great views from the balcony. The location is superb, everything we needed was a short walk away. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

We really enjoyed the tranquility, the fabulous view of the valley and the sun on the south-facing balcony, living room and kitchen. The 2 chairlift is within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. The somewhat outdated kitchen did not bother us, everything worked. Also the open hallway down was no problem for us. Communication with Christiane before and during the stay was very pleasant - all questions were answered quickly. We will be happy to come back!

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

Our 2nd stay at Ronald's sun house was also fantastic. During our tours, we often compared the vacation homes in the area with "ours" and every time it was clear that we had made the best choice: the location, the privacy - everything was great. Ronald also provided us with hiking and event tips this time, which we were happy to take advantage of. For us it is certain: We will come back someday.

The five of us felt very comfortable and had plenty of room. The hostess even came by for her birthday with flowers, very nice and accommodating. The booking and check-in was very easy and pleasant. As a starting point for climbing tours and hikes, the location was perfect! And when can you have breakfast with a view of the mountains? Had a great time!

Great place for families (with pets also). Close to ski lifts, supermarket and the Main Street with all restaurants etc, but still quiet. David and his wife are very friendly and helpful. I totally recommend!
