Perhaps the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It was exactly what I needed after exploring the big cities. The property was exactly like the listing - if not more. It was in a quiet residential area but still walkable to the town center (less than 10mins). I LOVED the balconies, there’s 2 private balconies and both incredible. One has a sun lounge, and the other with a beautiful sea view. I watched the sunrise from that balcony one morning. It was surreal. I will definitely come back to Portugal just to stay at this Airbnb. Everything has well thought out, even little things like the outdoor washing machine and clothes drying rack for guests use. I would 10000% recommend this place.

This was probably the best Airbnb apartment we’ve ever stayed in. From start to finish the communication with the hosts was outstanding—they kept us informed throughout and made check-in and our entire stay completely seamless. The apartment itself was bright, spacious, and airy, with top-notch finishes and stylish decor. It was unbelievably well equipped with everything you could possibly need—kitchenware, appliances, & more. We were warmly welcomed by Marisa, a friend of the hosts, who gave us a thorough walkthrough of the place. The hosts also phoned to personally welcome us, and there was a lovely bottle of wine waiting to share. The balcony was fantastic, with canopies providing perfect shade, and we enjoyed a beautiful sea view. Despite there being lots of parties in Albufeira that weekend, the apartment’s doors and windows offered excellent soundproofing, ensuring peaceful nights. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!

There are 2 apartments in the house. The upper apartment is a maisonette and was occupied by 2 families with one child each. Sleeping in wasn't always popular. Behind the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine and dryer, which is used by all parties. The water heater always makes noises that initially disturb you until you get used to it. The walk-in closet (with doors) is practical, but unventilated and there are boxes of the landlord in it. I didn't use it The house has a great location and the view from the large windows is just beautiful. Sliding doors go, but mosquitoes are missing. Too bad. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Should I come back (with friends), I would choose the upper apartment.

Beautiful place and area.

We had a perfect stay and felt at home right away. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The location was great, and we especially enjoyed the morning sun on the balcony with a lovely side view of the sea — even if there are places in Alfama with a more direct sea view, it was still beautiful.

Aurelia’s house had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. I especially appreciated the local guidebook on the living room table- it’s clear Aurelia truly cares about her guests’ experience.

Probably the loveliest and cutest holiday rental I have stayed in - actually wished we could have spend more down time in the flat, but there is just a lot to do in Algarve! Everything looks just like in the pictures and Carlos and Eileen have thought of everything guests might need. The highlight is definitely the green garden with the outdoor bathtub. The kitchen is also really well equipped. Carlos and Eileen provided an incredibly detailed virtual guide, which included instructions on how everything works in the flat (including video instructions on how to operate the coffee machine, blinds, etc), as well as loads of great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The bed is up below the ceiling, so it does get a little bit hotter there than in the rest of the flat, but with the aircon (which worked well and pretty quietly) it's totally fine.

We, 2 adults and 1 toddler (2 years), stayed with Jette and her family over Easter, it was wonderful! Jette is an incredibly friendly person and we immediately felt at home on the farm. Our daughter even got toys and books. The apartment is very tasteful and designed with a lot of love, an absolute feel-good atmosphere. The area invites you to explore and there are many beautiful beaches nearby. We would definitely recommend it and come back ourselves!

Pedro's place was perfect. The master loft upstairs is so roomy and lovely. Look no further for your perfect stay in Rogil!!!

We stayed there one night as part of our hike on the Fishermen's Trail. The apartment is very modern and well furnished and is well suited for 4 people. We would have liked a washer-dryer instead of a washing machine, but it worked out that way too. It's a little inconvenient if you want to ventilate. You would have to open the level doors for this, otherwise there are unfortunately no windows. However, we have waived it overnight so as not to let any uninvited guests or animals in. The location was a little off the beaten path, but Carrapateira is not a hotspot anyway, the walk to the center takes about 10 minutes.

Sandras place was amazing, its right on the beach and a 30 second walk to the restaurants. It was amazing waking up each morning to the sound of the sea, the place has 3 terraces that you can lounge on and the view from the hot tub on the roof is one not to miss. The kitchen is well layed out with all you need if you want to cook. Sandra was very helpful via text if we ever needed her and she gave us recommendations of where to eat etc. We will be returning to stay again for sure.

A house in the middle of nowhere, perfect for resting, our dogs were super pleased with the space around the house

This is a gem! Wake up with a sea view, watch the sun set over the ocean from the balcony - this is the holiday dream! And then there's downstairs: burger restaurant, Thai/Indo restaurant, Italian restaurant, delicious bakery, even more delicious café - everything within 1 - 2 minutes walking distance. If you're into it, there's also a yoga studio. And - in case you need it - there is also a laundry just downstairs. The apartment has everything you need: full kitchen to cook for yourself, spacious cupboard - and if you want to just hang out on the couch when there's a storm or rain outside, just log-in to Prime, Netflix or whatever streaming provider you prefer and get cosy. This is it: the perfect home away from home. We had a great time and would come back in a heartbeat.

Your place was really beautiful, and I appreciated the blackout blinds because the sun set late and sunrise was really early. We enjoyed our stay, and thank you for the guide book which showed beaches and the hop on hop of train ideas.

The accommodation, hosts, and location were all like a dream—filled with love and beauty. The owners were incredibly kind and caring, always helpful while also respecting our privacy. Our whole family enjoyed every moment, from watching the golfers to driving through the orange groves, and having fun on the trampoline and in the pool. Everything was top-notch. If I had to search for a negative (and I really had to think hard to find one), it would be just the occasional thought of whether a golfer's ball might come flying our way! 😂

We stayed for 3 amazing whole weeks and felt completely likely home. The decoration is very cozy, it has everything you need to cook, to relax, the TV is high quality, the internet works perfectly for remote work, the bed is comfortable, the house has lots of natural light with a great view. Julian is very responsive and the printed book with tips and suggestions was a great touch. The only bad part was having to leave. Very recommended!

Beautiful and walking distance to Old Lagos. Lovely fully equipped apartment. 350 m from the marina and very close to the beach!! The terrace is sunny most of the day.

I cannot say anything but positive things for this place! It truly felt like home. It was in the perfect location to not only a beach nearby, but walks around the area. Highly recommend this location to couples and solo travelers!

My husband and I enjoyed three marvelous days at this incredible home in Carvoeiro and the welcome bottle of wine and water was so thoughtful! Willem and Laura were extremely responsive with all correspondence. The apartment is clean, contemporary, comfortable bed, nicely furnished and the views are fantastic!! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare daily breakfast and we appreciated the starter coffee pods. We really enjoyed kayaking to Benegil Cave; fabulous meals at The Garden and Levels; and overall charm of the special town. Thank you Willem and Laura! We highly recommend this rental and would love to visit again!
