Visited Playas del Coco about four times before, stayed in different places but this property make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I usually dont cook, but the simple, organized kitchen make me cook breakfast, bed was comfortable, AC and TV work perfectly, bathroom was huge and the water pressure was very strong. Highly recommend. place is quiet even though there were other guest on the second floor. Location is excellent very close to main road in el Coco and getting in and out was so easy. Thank to Mrs Lila, that gave me plenty infomation to get to the airport by bus, saving me a lot of money. I would love to return. Flor does have a valuable property. keep it up.

It’s hard not to start by mentioning the hosts—Julie and Francis are incredibly friendly, welcoming, available, and proactive. They go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible. The apartment itself is brand new, spotless, practical, and equipped with everything you need—and all with great taste! It’s perfect for a couple or a solo traveler looking to explore Coco, its beaches, and activities. I will definitely be back without a doubt! I recommend it 200%. Thank you!

Nadia and Ronny were absolutely great hosts and staff. Nadia was always there for any questions or recommendations where she would help with anything you needed. The property was amazing! So clean and nice just like the photos. Ronny was right there to clean and help with anything you needed at the room. The balcony was great too because you saw the beautiful sun rises and sun sets. The pool was so nice and clean too. The property was a straight shot to the beach and right there next to the restaurant & Bar scene. Groceries were close too. The kitchen was perfect for that too. The bathroom and shower were perfect after a long day at the beach or hiking the jungles. This place made my CR trip so exciting. It was really easy for shuttles to find for pick up so I got to do a bunch of activities. Plus a big drive way if you rent cars, trucks or motorcycles or even ATVs. It was really close to everything and all the tenants were really nice and chill. Overall an incredible time here. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay. We wanted easy access to the beach and it’s exactly what we got. We wanted a pool and we got six! The view from the third floor is AMAZING! The condo was spotless and secure. The air conditioning was great on the extra humid days. All is within walking distance. Would definitely be back.

Very highly recommend! Not only was the condo beautiful and spacious but it had amazing views and was a fantastic get away. I would stay here again and again for sure!!

Lucas and company made us feel right at home. Very attentive to everything, we had a small incident with the Villa, and they immediately changed us to another one, to repair the minor damage it had. Everything is spotless, like new. The location is perfect, very quiet area, and close to everything! We will definitely be back!!!

We absolutely love this place. This is our second year in playa Potrero. We have looked at multiple places in the area. This is by far the best location. On the beach, it has an amazing view. It is also close enough to all of the restaurants and bars. No need for a car or golf cart unless you want to travel out of town. We have visited multiple beaches north and south of there. This is a place that we would chose hands down. We like a chill environment with good bars and restaurants in walking distance. This is it!

A very nice place, very clean, very nice decoration, fully equipped, has everything you need, super easy communication and access, it's important to note that it's on the second floor above a shopping mall! Under the apartment you have a pharmacy!

The condo was as described and is in a great location. The views are beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. The little beach is great and there are many iguana around the property, much to the delight of our child. The pool was clean and there was plenty of room. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved Deborah’s place!! Felt right at home with everything you could possibly need and extremely clean! The complex had staff present at almost all times making us feel super safe. Deborah was responsive and helpful every time we reached out to her, will be recommending her place to anyone looking into Costa Rica! Beaches and shops close by as well, very easy to get around!

Excellent condominium, very well equipped, with very good quality utensils, very well decorated, with comfortable and modern furniture, air conditioners in rooms and dining room. Nearby and very clean and thoughtful pool. Parking right next to the condominium. Very safe and private. Ocotal beach at 800m. Noises and music are not allowed. Second floor. Pet friendly with internal green areas. Michael is very attentive and attends soon.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the space was. Every corner felt fresh, tidy, and inviting—it’s clear that the hosts take great pride in keeping their home spotless. The views from the property were simply stunning. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel like a retreat. The beddings were next-level comfortable—plush pillows, soft linens, and mattresses that made it hard to get up in the morning (in the best way possible). We slept like babies every night. The space itself was much larger than we expected, with a great layout. One of our favorite features was the extra “TV” room. Playa Conchal is one of the best beaches in Costa Rica & this apartment was ideal for our stay. it was luxurious with an amazing ocean view and next to the pool. With access to the beach club, we were able to enjoy Playa Conchal to the fullest. Josephine was an amazing host! We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit .

Solo female traveling alone. Felt immediately safe and comfortable in the gated community and walking alone to the beach and town. Friendly staff around who really care and take care of the property. Would highly recommend for your stay in Coco Beach! P.S. In case you play pickleball, check out The Club at Coco Bay which is a 5 minute walk. Day passes available. Buy at the desk, not online.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was lovely — beautifully styled, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The view was spectacular, offering a high vantage point over the beach that made every sunrise and sunset feel special. It's also in a great location, very close to all the best beaches around Potrero and Las Catalinas. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Aqua de LaChuga (ADL) was amazing! It was easy to find, getting in to the unit was easy and it was nicely cleaned in anticipation of our arrival. When we did have questions, Paul was super responsive and provided succinct information that we needed. The pool at the location has to be the best in the area. Large enough to do laps if interested plus the "swim up bar" provided a nice place to get out of the sun but stay in the pool. The location of ADL can't be better. Everything we needed was no more than a 10 minute walk - the beach, grocery stores, gym, bank, barber, and restaurants both downtown and in Las Palmas. The long term residents were helpful when we had questions about societal norms or looking for recommendations. They are a welcoming group of expats. We used the balcony on the upper level of the unit every day for our meals and to watch the sunset. Having a full bath on both levels was helpful and the washer and dryer were a treasured amenity.
