Huckleberry Hill was delightful. Nestled in a mossy woodland landscaped with flowers , a peaceful escape. Just minutes from Clayton for restaurants and shops and also 15 minutes from rafting and hiking . Hosts were available to answer questions readily. Neat and clean with lots of amenities and a detailed house manual . A real gem

Wonderful place with amazing hosts and great views! Everything said in the listing is understated! Our expectations were greatly exceeded. Surprisingly clean and pest free for a lake house, this property has true unobstructed views of the lake and a great outdoor and dock area. This place has everything you need to enjoy a nice, relaxing stay in the country at lakeside. It reminds me of everything we love about Upstate SC!

Heather’s place was a great retreat! The cabin was well appointed with interesting decor and a comfortable bed. She had everything one needs for a restful stay from the snacks in the cupboard to the drinks in the fridge. The shower had good water pressure with hot water. Plenty of clean, soft towels were set out ready for you. The landscape had to be my favorite! She takes great pride in offering a variety of flowering plants in the front garden. The moss garden was my favorite! It reminded me of my childhood and playing in the woods. The moss was always my carpet in my fairy home.😁 There are lots of seating outside to accommodate your nature soaking. It rained when we were there and so we did not use the fire chimney but it was a nice feature given the right time. We definitely be back to the Locust Log Cabin whenever we want a quick getaway. Sam was a kind, thoughtful and responsive host. We were in town to spend time with family who stayed on Lake Keowee. The lake was beautiful and fun but we were so happy to retreat to the solitude and quiet of the cottage. The cottage was charming and very thoughtfully designed. Should we return to Seneca, we will likely book with Sam again.

New! Peaceful Lake Keowee Home ~ Near Clemson

Great location on the water. Close to grocery stores and restaurants as well. Large dock and deck with lots of chairs/tables. Large house with lots of space to have privacy when wanted, but also hang out together. Weather didn’t cooperate so we couldn’t take advantage of the kayaks, marina or hikes in the surrounding state parks. There was a binder listing local restaurants and the local waterfall hikes available.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay! Our stay at Carla’s guest house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Carla is one of the friendliest and most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever met—so laid-back, incredibly helpful, and always responsive if we needed anything. The guest house itself was spotless—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and super comfortable. The bed and furniture were so cozy, it felt like a true home away from home. We were blown away by the attention to detail and the overall comfort of the space. The backyard was like a little slice of paradise! The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the surrounding scenery made it even better. And to top it all off, Carla left a freshly made cake for us to enjoy when we arrived—a small gesture that made a big impression and really showed how much she cares about her guests. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Carla and her beautiful place

Whitewater Lake Front Cottage

Great location! We had so much fun staying here, caught a pretty big bass on the lake, had a lot of fun on the paddle boat, home was beautiful and perfect sized for 2. Kitchen was stocked with goodies and had a variety of appliances to cook with. And Dustin was quick to reply anytime we had questions or needed anything. Would recommend and stay again for sure!!
