This newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1800 sq ft home is spacious, luxurious, professionally decorated, and absolutely stunning. Our home is just 1.5 miles from the Oceano dunes and beach, 3 miles from the iconic Pismo Pier, and a few blocks from some of the best Mexican restaurants in the county! Close to Pismo Beach Outlets and a variety of grocery stores. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, peaceful. Only a quick drive to downtown Arroyo Grande and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown SLO and Cal Poly.

The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Beach Getaway

1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Longer stays available, just ask. Calendar is often blocked, but we can open dates.

Welcome to Laguna Landing! Located only steps away from the Oceano Dunes and Pismo Beach is this large 2900 square foot home. Drive to the town close by or kick back and relax at the beach or take in views from the balcony. Please see the full description for more details. "Check midweek rates if you have travel flexibility." We have made some updates to the home since pictures were taken. Newer TV downstairs, kitchen table, outdoor furnishing, kids beach toys. Cars do drive on this beach.

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.
