Megan’s place was perfect. The attention to detail was impressive. The home was very comfortable and clean. The decor was so cute. She provided everything we would ever need. Check-in was easy, and her communication was wonderful. The location was convenient, and we felt very safe.

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Location was perfect. We were close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Can’t think of one thing we needed that we couldn’t get access to. Manatees were there to greet us EVERY morning. (9-10am seemed to be the best viewing time!) One morning, we saw a total of 7 manatees, all together, right in front of our doc. Absolutely magical. We did have an unexpected plumbing issue occur, but Brian and Charity were so super responsive and got things taken care of for us right away. Truly couldn’t have asked for better and more attentive hosts. We look forward to booking this fabulous home on our next family vacation!

Great stay. We’ve been staying in camp grounds previous years but opted for the comfort of a furnished place without all the step up. Location is great. The whole area took a beating with the hurricane season so will give the exterior a break for that. Was initially giving the wrong code (to a different unit), but was able to resolve quickly.

This property was perfect for our family. Bedrooms were spaced well, allowing the children to sleep in the room with two beds with mom and dad having the room (king bed) next door with a large bathroom for them to share. Grandpa and I had another bedroom with our own bathroom (close enough to the pool area for others to share when using the other door to enter). The fourth bedroom (king bed, with en suite bathroom) was tucked in the back of the house to allow more privacy. The washer/dryer was nice to have also. Location to the beach was great. We loaded up the wagons with beach chairs, umbrella, & sand toys (all provided) then walked down to the beach (1 block away). When we came back, we rinsed off in the outdoor shower before swimming for hours in the pool. It was screened in so we didn't have to worry about bugs at night. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. and we even used the outdoor flat stone grill to eat our meals in. Best vacation ever!

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. It was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and ping pong table. We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Perfect accommodations. Ben worked with us to fix our reservation when we mistakenly canceled it at the last moment. His help was invaluable. Highest of recommendations!

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. We loved our stay at Darrin's place. The heated pool was a lovely oasis, even on the cooler days we were able to enjoy a swim. The kitchen had a couple of different coffee machine options, a blender, and other key items. The airbnb also included some spices and condiments (which we added to) and which made it easier to cook. The pool table was a hit and the beds were extremely comfortable! We appreciated the pool toys and sand toys for the beach. There were some books we perused as well. The location was walkable to some stores/restaurants was a nice bonus. A great stay!

Had a great time and Kelsy couldn't have been a better host. Had booked this as a prestay for my family and I before a cruise on Utopia of the Seas. Couldn't have been more smooth and seemless. We use a lot of Airbnbs and this one is great it is kept very clean. If we need an Airbnb in Cocoa Beach we wouldn't hesitate to book this one again!

John’s place was a fantastic stay—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. John was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout, making the experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area and would love to stay again!

This is a beautiful home! We really took advantage of each room in the house. Felt like we were in a museum. Kids enjoyed the pool. We requested it heated. Plenty of water toys. We enjoyed the two kayaks.

Awesome property! Easy walk to the beach. Great pool/backyard space. House is spacious with a layout perfect for larger groups. Care has been taken in the design, furnishings, and amenities to make this a great vacation spot. Hosts were super easy to work with and responsive.
