I honestly couldn’t get this place a better review. You get exactly what you expect and it is priced well for the area, location, and Hadley is a great host. The host is very responsive and communicates well of her expectations and fulfilling yours.

My family of four had a wonderful stay at Gary’s place. The layout of the house is so cute/unique. The kids loved running around and checking out the space. They especially loved the enclosed sunroom. I believe Gary’s listing mentioned that he allows pets but the house was so clean you wouldn’t even be able to tell. My son has dog and cat allergies, we’d typically bring sheets from home to cover up furniture so he wouldn’t have a bad reaction. We didn’t have to cover anything up at Gary’s house! Sleeping space, bathrooms, and kitchen were all clean. Kitchen is stocked with essentials. The plastic bowls/plates were so useful for the kids! Beds are very firm, which was great for us. We will definitely try to stay at Gary’s again in the future.

Very nice small apartment. All small details thought out and added. Much appreciated. We attended wedding reception at museum 2 miles away and so nice to come back late and only be minutes from our bed.

Nicole was very responsive and i knew i could count on her for any issues. Beach was literally down the street and very quiet/private!

House is just what we wanted and our group of 3 adults had a great time. The kitchen appears to be recently updated and is in very nice shape. We were out all day, but when we returned at night, the TVs were well setup for easy use, the beds were comfortable and we slept well. There’s a nice backyard area where I had coffee in the morning since the weather was nice. As we drove in, I realized the house backs up closer to a highway than I expected, which concerned me. But there is a tall sound barrier and I didn’t hear the traffic at all. It was quiet and pleasant. If I am ever in Norfolk again, I will be happy stay here again.

The house was super clean when we got there, the temperature of the house was great the entire stay. The pool was certainly clean, but since we went early, June the water was a little bit cold, but it felt really nice and refreshing honestly. There were three beach chairs and a wagon there that were helpful for traveling to the beach. There were available cups plate, utensils, and all the necessities that you would need, they even had shampoo and conditioner bottles there for us. We weren’t aware that there was a code to get into the house so instructions for check-in were a little bit unclear, but all I had to do is message and they responded. Overall, I would recommend staying here because even though the area surrounding isn’t the nicest, I felt safe the entire time at that house!

This tiny home was just the right size. My dogs loved the fenced in yard and my husband and I enjoyed the quiet location. Just close enough to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely consider going back!

The location was so beautiful with a lovely creek to view through the main living area. Beds were comfortable. The house temperature was a bit uncomfortable in the late evening. The rooms and home matched the pictures so were quite nice. The second bathroom was a bit rustic with a shower that didn’t seem to get very warm. It served our needs well and provided a quiet, peaceful experience.

We wanted a peaceful and restful getaway, but still close enough to things to do, and this location was perfect! We took days visiting VA Beach, the Chrysler Museum, a drive to Cape Charles, Williamsburg and Jamestown. The Ocean Pier, Craft Burger and Chicks had great food. Time at the bungalow was great, I sat on the deck with my morning coffee watching the sunrise and took walks along the quiet beach. I just loved how quiet it was there, as if the beach was ours! Michael was a great host, and responded quickly to any questions we had. Loved being able to do laundry before leaving. I too will suggest a more comfortable couch would be a great add to the place, but if that's my only complaint, then trust me, it's a great place! Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend at Brian’s place. We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed some down time at the house playing air hockey, having a meal together at the large dining table and walking our dogs on the beach (a very short walk away). The dogs each had their own dog bed and the fenced in yard was a plus! Check in/out was seamless and Brian was very responsive with recommendations and answering any questions that we had. The house was very clean and comfortable and provided the perfect space for our family to make new memories.

Carlos went above and beyond hosting us! He is very friendly and has excellent local recommendations. We rented unit B and were not disappointed. It's only a short walk to the beach and is very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again! Absolutely zero complaints!

It was refreshing to stay steps away from the beach and to have a private access to it. Keatha brought the serenity of the Atlantic Ocean into the beachside airbnb by way of a wave sound machine near the comfortable bedding… such a nice touch. Keatha was accommodating and offered us an early checkin and told us about some good local places to eat and enjoy. It is a nice spot for a little refreshing getaway!

Enjoyed the stay. Comfy beds with wonderful cotton linens. Cute interior. Nice, quiet off season experience. John’s recommendations for smaller local favorite restaurants were good choices. Nearby recreation centers offer day passes and lots of indoor activities for cold or rainy days. Just right for our family trip. Highly recommend.

The space is even more beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed than I expected. Every detail—from the decor to the cleanliness to the cozy atmosphere—was clearly done with care. The lighting, the views, and the overall vibe were all so much better than I imagined. It felt like a modern hotel but with all the comfort and warmth of home. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, which made everything even smoother. If you’re on the fence, trust me—this place will exceed your expectations. I’ll definitely be back!
