Oak house - exceptional design and location..

We are happy to offer our completely renovated apartment. To rebuild and design our property we used mainly natural materials and we didn't save anything to accomplish our goal and make this condo perfect. Everything in the apartment is new, done with a lot of heart and desire. The exceptional location in the best living area in Sofia would give peace to anyone, whether in town on business or pleasure. Tudor and Elena’s place is amazing! It is located in one of the coolest, most vibrant and urban neighborhoods filled with caffes and restaurants but it is also peaceful at night which makes it perfect :D Nearby are two parks where you can enjoy people watching or just a walk in nature. Apartment is in walkable distance from all the must see things, but trams, buses and metro are also a short walk from it. Tudor is a responsive and friendly host, whatever information you neeed, he will not hesitate to help you out! Can’t wait to come back to Sofia again and stay at Tudor and Elena’s place. We recommend it wholeheartetly. Thank you for everything!

This is a great place in new and modern building. The apartment is also brand new and it is fully equiped with everything that you will need for your stay. It looks exactly like the pictures. The view is great and truly deserves the high rating that it has. Matey is a superhost host, and he will be always available to answer any questions you might have.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Ivans place and it was fabulous. The apartment was spotless and extremely modern and well equipped. Check in was super easy and Ivan supplied a video beforehand, which was a huge help as we arrived about 1am! Just be aware there is no lift and a fair few flights of stairs, which, with heavy suitcases, might be an issue for some. It was fine for us. The apartment is safe and well positioned for seeing the sights. I would definitely return here. Thanks Ivan!

We enjoyed our stay at Arianna's place. The apartment was clean and stood to our expectations. Arianna was available and friendly. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable is the size of the shower; it is very small.
